1 The Find it and Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Cash America International, Inc. (referred to hereinafter as Cash America or "Sponsor"). Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other companies or agencies associated with the Sweepstakes (such as advertising, promotion, prize providers, fulfillment or judging agencies), together, hereinafter will be referred to as the "Sweepstakes Entities." Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's ("you" or "your") full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions and interpretations of the Sponsor and/or judging agencies, which are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Maximum of one (1) entry per store or per person (depending on which phase of the Sweepstakes). Limit of one (1) prize per store or per person (depending on which phase of the Sweepstakes) for each phase of the Sweepstakes. 2. Sweepstakes Dates: The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, June 29, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (the "Sweepstakes Start Date") and ends on Saturday, July 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (the "Sweepstakes End Date"). The period from the Sweepstakes Start Date through Sweepstakes End Date is known as the "Sweepstakes Period." The Sweepstakes Period will include five separate phases with each phase having different time periods, methods of entry and prizes. The dates for the phases are as follows: Phase 1: Starts on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and ends on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Phase 2: Starts on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and ends on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Phase 3: Starts on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and ends on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Phase 4: Starts on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and ends on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Phase 5: Starts on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and ends on Sunday, July 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. 3. Who Can Enter: The Sweepstakes is open to all Cash America coworkers. Void where prohibited. Coworkers will enter as a shop for Phase 1 of the Sweepstakes. Coworkers will enter as individuals for Phases 2 5 of the Sweepstakes. 4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter one or more phases of the Sweepstakes by completing in its entirety, the following task: Phase 1: Download the Cash America Mobile App on your smartphone (if you have not already done so). Take a photo of everyone in the shop showing off their phones displaying the Cash America Mobile 1

2 App s homescreen. Go to enter the required information and upload the photo. Phase 2: Download the Cash America Mobile App on your smartphone (if you have not already done so). Take a screenshot on your smartphone with the Cash America Mobile App showing your shop location. Go to enter the required information and upload the screenshot. Phase 3: Download the Cash America Mobile App on your smartphone (if you have not already done so). Take screenshots on your smartphone with the Cash America Mobile App showing at least 3 of the 5 following items in the Inventory tab of the Mobile App: 1. Ladies Rolex with diamonds, 2.Fender Squire bass guitar, 3. Glock 9mm, 4. ipad Air, 5. Any unique item (like a drone, neon sign, Air Jordans, fishing rod and reel, medical item, or Marilyn Monroe memorabilia). Go to enter the required information and upload the screenshots. Phase 4: Download the Cash America Mobile App on your smartphone (if you have not already done so). Take a screenshot on your smartphone with the Cash America Mobile App showing one of the coupons found in the Promotions tab in the Mobile App. Go to enter the required information and upload the screenshot. Phase 5: Download the Cash America Mobile App on your smartphone (if you have not already done so). Post about your use of the Cash America Mobile App to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.Take a screenshot on your smartphone of your Twitter, Facebook or Instagram post. Go to enter the required information and upload the screenshot. Participants may enter as many phases as they wish, but they may only enter each phase one time. 5. Prize Details: Random drawings will be conducted to determine all of the winners for each Phase. The prizes consist of: Phase 1: A pizza party with the approximate retail value of $30. The total maximum prize value is $2, Phase 2: 280 Rock Star Points with the approximate retail value of $25. The total maximum prize value is $2, Phase 3: A uniform polo shirt with the approximate retail value of $20. The total maximum prize value is $3, Phase 4: A $25 Visa gift card with the approximate retail value of $25. The total maximum prize value is $2, Phase 5: A $20 Visa gift card with the approximate retail value of $20. The total maximum prize value is $2, The total maximum prize value for all five phases is $12,

3 All prizes will be mailed to the winner(s) at their shop location. Any taxes on the prizes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, transportation to and from the store location, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event any prize is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond Sweepstakes Entities control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Certain additional restrictions may apply. The value of the prizes may be reported to the IRS as income. Prizes are non transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value if for any reason any of the prizes become unavailable. 6. Selection of Winner: Random drawings to select the prize winners for each phase will be made from all eligible entries received during each phase. Entrant does not need to be present to win a prize. The number of winners and dates of random drawings for each phase is as follows: Phase 1: The number of winners will be 10% of total number of entries or 85 shops, whichever is lower. The date of the random drawing will be Tuesday, June 30, Phase 2: The number of winners will be 10% of total number of entries or 100 coworkers, whichever is lower. The date of the random drawing will be Monday, July 6, Phase 3: The number of winners will be 10% of total number of entries or 150 coworkers, whichever is lower. The date of the random drawing will be Monday, July 13, Phase 4: The number of winners will be 10% of total number of entries or 100 coworkers, whichever is lower. The date of the random drawing will be Monday, July 20, Phase 5: The number of winners will be 10% of total number of entries or 100 coworkers, whichever is lower. The date of the random drawing will be Tuesday, July 28, Awarding of Prize: If your entry has been drawn as a potential prize winner you will be contacted at the address provided on your entry form within forty eight (48) hours after the drawing. The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release. Such documents must be signed and returned by the date and time indicated within such documents. If any potential winner fails to sign and return such documents within that time, if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules, then that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. 3

4 In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize(s) is undeliverable, the prize(s) will be forfeited. PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.) 8. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each phase of the Sweepstakes. 9. Privacy: Sweepstakes Entities will be collecting personal data about you for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for purposes of market research. No such personal data will be transferred or sold to any third party except in the following circumstances: when you give permission to do so; when in good faith one of the Sweepstakes Entities believes the law requires it; under limited circumstances specifically described to you when the information is collected; or to contractors for data processing purposes, or to professional advisors, provided that such contractors or professional advisors are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than as described in these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sweepstakes Entities permission to send Sweepstakes updates and winner notification, specials, promotions and/or newsletters to you. 10. Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Entities to use the winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any media without limitation and without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. 11. Disqualification: The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes: (1) using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non compliance with these Official Rules; and (3) any other act that the Sweepstakes Entities determine, in their sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 12. Winners List/Official Rules: The name of the winner shall be available at the corporate headquarters upon written request. A copy of the Winners List and these Official Rules are available by sending a selfaddressed, stamped envelope with your request to Cash America International, Inc., Attention: Marketing Department, 1600 West 7 th Street, Fort Worth, TX Requests must be received by August 8, General Terms and Conditions: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; provided, however, that the Sweepstakes is not subject to the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States. The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to terminate or withdraw the Sweepstakes at any time, by posting a notice at the store location referenced in Section 4 above. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the 4

5 Sweepstakes End Date, Sponsor will determine the winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and legal advisors (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, any personal injury, death, or property damage. Under no circumstances shall any of the Released Parties have any liability or responsibility for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or faulty, illegible entry forms, (2) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point, or (3) any typographical error or other error in these Official Rules or in any other communication relating to the Sweepstakes.
