1 How To Run A Product Event Before The Event: - Make sure the host has a host planner so they have all the information they need for inviting and preparing. - Ask them who is attending and brief the host to conform with the guests the night before. You may wish to ask for the guests s in advance to send invites. - Create a Host Rewards event for the Arbonne Website, input the guest details and send an Event Invite. Your Choice Of Event The information below is based on a basic product workshop. You may wish to specifically focus on one range e.g. a Spa Workshop, Cosmetics Workshop, or Nutrition Workshop. Focusing on one range allows more use of product and interaction, however it is your choice. Consult your host in advance about what range she would like to focus on and adapt the running order to suit your plan What To Have At Your Event: TESTER KITS - If the tester kits haven t arrived yet use your sponsors PRODUCT DISPLAY - including smaller samples DIARY - You need your diary so you can book in follow up appointments with people. LAPTOP/ IPAD - You will need something to show the Arbonne Opportunity Video & register people. If possible, you can link this into a Television. Make sure you have the appropriate HDMI or VGA Cable to connect the computer. Clipboards Pens Product Event Booklet & Catalogues Printed out Customer Care Cards, Wish List, Close Sheets & QV Order Forms Table cloth Disposable applicators Towels Gifts to demonstrate to potential hosts Prize Draw Gift if you wish

Nutrition Fizz Sticks Protein Shakes/ Meal Replacements Detox Tea Setting Up Your Products: Once your products arrive, here are a few tips on what to do. You will need - Some Tester Stickers and Plastic Tubs 1. Take the products out of their boxes and pump them up ready for use. This enables you to check they are all in working condition and gets them ready for their first use. 2. Put tester stickers on each individual product. This is so people are clear that these are testers. You can buy these from The Arbonne Boutique. 3. Put all the products for your personal use around your home. Over time you want to replace everything you consume with Arbonne, as it is so important to be a product of the product! 4. You may also wish to make up curiosity packs ask your sponsor how!

3 HOW TO SET UP - Display the RE9 & Calm sets, Detox Scrub, FC5 Scrub & Instant Lift in the Bathroom with the towels - Lay out the other products in the room you are holding the event - Cosmetics, Nutrition & your favourites - Attach your laptop to the TV with a HDMI so you can play the Arbonne Opportunity Video - Lay out a clipboard for each guest with a: Customer Care Card, Wish List, Close Sheet, QV sheet & order form - Put on some background music to create a nice atmosphere or a team slideshow - Have a jug of soft drink for the guests & keep any food away from the display (Alcohol is best at the end) ON ARRIVAL - As the guests arrive introduce yourself - Invite them one at a time into the bathroom for a facial or have bowls at the table (they can do this themselves). Some guests may prefer to apply products to their hands rather than face. - The guests can start to fill out the Customer Care Card whilst they wait for their turn in the bathroom AT THE SINK Before you start, ask if they have sensitive skin or any allergies. Determine the best products for them to use then follow the steps below (Passing them the products to let them wash their own face, have a clean towel ready for them) Great products to use here are the RE9/ Calm, the Sea Source Scrub, FC5 Scrub and RE9 Instant Lift Get to know them whilst you are doing this. Ask them Questions like: So how do you know?, Do you live around here?, What do you do for work?

4 RUNNING ORDER When everyone is seated, thank them all for coming and thank the host for hosting the event by presenting them with a gift. Make sure each guest has a clipboard and check they have all filled out a Customer Care Card as you will be collecting them later to for a prize draw (show them what it is to get them excited). Introduce yourself and do your Why (60 second story). Explain to everyone that you are now going to show a quick video about Arbonne and then go through a short presentation that gives a little bit of history about the company and the products. Start the Arbonne presentation and go through the first few slides talking about Arbonne and the products. When you reach the RE9 slide you will explain to everyone this is what you just used in the bathroom and if they liked it to write it down on their wish list, they also used the Detox Scrub, FC5 Srub and Instant Lift. (Tell them to not worry about price as there are lots of discounts which you can discuss later and its just to write down what they like the sound of. On the product slide talk about your favourite products and pass them round for the guests to use. Choose one person to apply the makeup to demonstrate the range of products or allow everyone to apply themselves. You can colour match everyone later and if anyone else wants a make over they can host an event. You can briefly talk through Nutrition range and give people samples to try while they are perusing other products. Share the basics: 1 feature. 1 benefit. 1 love. Facts tell & stories sell, speak about what you love PRODUCT FEATURE / BENEFIT / LOVE

5 For the Make up keep it basic Primer CC cream Bronzer Mascara Lip Gloss Choose your Favourites Detox Gelee Genius Pads (Cut into 4) Hair Serum FC5 Hand Cream Closing The Event Once you have covered talking about the products you can say Right I am just going to take 5 minutes to finish this evenings event. Show the Networking marketing slide and explain how the products are ultra premium at an affordable price and you can mention about how the products are delivered direct to the consumer and after tonight they can order online 24/7 (Which is great for IC s too). Show the Average Income Slide and explain the opportunity available for the business. Show the 3 ways to join slide to conclude. Explain Host, Client, Preferred Client and Consultant Benefits Host - Tell them about the great rewards available for hosting an event. Anyone who books an event on the day gets to pick something from the 3 gifts you have. These will be presented to them on the night of their event only. If they have a long wish list and short on money these people are perfect to ask. Client Best if they are only purchasing one or two products Preferred Client Best for a product bundle. Consultant - Explain that whilst tonight has been a more product focused event if anyone is curious about the opportunity to come and ask questions.

6 Show the Arbonne Opportunity Video Now: End by thanking everyone for coming, let them know if anyone needs to dash off you can help them first. Invite the guests to come up to the table one by one when they are ready. You can also colour match people and help with their orders there. Processing Orders: Because they all have their own price lists they can work out what they want and be filling out the order forms and putting in their card details ready. Then you will process these orders when you get home and let the host know what rewards she has, she too will have filled out a wish list so that s easy. AT THE TABLE Those Interested in Hosting: You will have Host information and Host gifts for those wanting to host an event. Let them choose which product they would like. Plan their event date and put it in your diary and give them a pack Those interested in the Opportunity: Book in a 121 with anyone interested in hearing more about the business. They may also want to sample more products. Have curiosity packs available for them to take away. TOP TIPS 1. If someone asks about ingredients or specific product details, show them the meet the product sheet. You can look this up online or have it saved digitally. 2. Keep the whole event under 2 hours - 90 minutes ideally 3. Encourage people to use the products on their skin so they can feel the difference 4. Be excited and have fun. Talk about what you love and your guests will enjoy it. 5. After every event think what did I learn from today? What went well? What could I do better?
