These giveaways are a great start to your exposure throughout the conference and beyond. All designs and messaging must be approved by SAP SuccessFactors. All items will be co-branded with SAP and SuccessConnect logo. 10 Hotel Room Drop: $20,000 USD per drop (2 available - 1 Mon / 1 Tues - first right of refusal) This sponsorship provides the opportunity to have a collateral piece or giveaway item delivered to attendees staying at the conference hotel(s) of your choosing. The hotel staff will deliver your item in accordance with the hotel s room drop policies. The opportunity fee is for one night. Select your preferred date based on the order in which you purchase the sponsorship. Sponsor will work directly with the hotels to coordinate the drop. The per room delivery fee varies based on the hotel but generally ranges from $1 to $5. Design and messaging of any items must be approved by SAP Success- Factors. All fees (including hotel room delivery charges) associated with the purchase, production, and shipping of collateral and/or giveaways are sponsor s responsibility. Hotel room delivery costs and key production information are available upon request. Hot Beverage Sleeve: $10,000 USD (2 available) There are few better ways to get your brand into someone s hands (literally) than with a hot beverage sleeve wrapped around a cup of coffee or tea. We are offering two such marketing opportunities. All you need to provide is an artwork file which we will have printed on the sleeve. ipad Directional Branding: $15,000 USD (3 available) New this year: Life-size interactive directional ipads will be on display at key high-traffic areas. Take this opportunity to have exclusive visibility on the ipad face, as well as a floor decal directly in front. There will be one ipad located on each floor level at SuccessConnect - first right of refusal upon signing up for this package.
