2 what is smartship SmartShip is a program Modere created to help you conveniently replenish your lifestyle essentials. Products on SmartShip will arrive at your doorstep automatically according to the intervals that you choose. For example, if you know you will need Modere Slim Bars every other month and Modere Shampoo every month, SmartShip automatically creates a new order for you and ships you your product according to the selected timeline. You can cancel at any time by logging in at Modere.com and selecting my account and settings or by calling MODERE1 ( ). how can i modify a smartship order To modify your SmartShip order login at Modere.com and then select my account. Then click on SmartShip Profiles. For detailed instructions you may refer to the SmartShip Procedure, Terms & Conditions document located in the SmartShip Summary. You can also modify your SmartShip order by calling MODERE1 ( ). how do i cancel my smartship order To cancel your SmartShip order login at Modere.com and then select my account. Then click on SmartShip Profiles and remove all the items. You can also call a Modere representative at MODERE1 ( ) to cancel or modify your order. does modere ship outside of the us? 3 return policy HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND ITEM what is your return policy As a Social Marketer you ve made Modere your business. Therefore, there are some differences between the Modere Customer Return Policy featured on Modere.com and the Modere Social Marketer Return Policy. Modere offers a 100% 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping and handling charges) to all Social Marketers. Social Marketers may return no more than $300 (at purchase price) worth of merchandise to Modere for a refund annually. Any returns over $300 annually shall be considered an inventory repurchase and the Social Marketer account shall be canceled. The Company shall deduct from the Social Marketer s subsequent commission checks and/or from the refund paid to the Social Marketer any commissions, bonuses, rebates, or other incentives received by the Social Marketer that were associated with the merchandise that is returned. my item arrived damaged, what do i do We re sorry to hear that. The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange. 1. All merchandise must be returned by the Social Marketer who purchased it directly from Modere. 2. All products to be returned must have a Return Goods Authorization Number, which is obtained by calling the Social Marketer Service Department at MODERE1. This Return Goods Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned. The Social Marketer Service Department is the only department authorized to distribute Return Goods Authorization Numbers. 3. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the original dated Product Sales Receipt, and the unused portion of the product in its original container. 4. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Modere with shipping prepaid; Modere does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Social Marketer. If returned product is not received by the Company s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Social Marketer to trace the shipment. 5. If a Social Marketer is returning merchandise to Modere that was returned to him or her by a Customer, the product must be received by Modere within ten days from the date on which the Customer returned the merchandise to the Social Marketer and must be accompanied by the Product Sales Receipt the Social Marketer gave to the Customer at the time of the sale. No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.

4 commissions when are commissions paid Commissions are paid on the 15th of everyone month for the previous month s activity. how do i receive my commissions Commission payments are made in two ways; a physical check and direct deposit. Checks are mailed on the 15th of every month. The minimum amount for which Modere will issue a check payment is $ There is a $5.00 service fee for each check issued. Direct Deposits are automatically deposited in your checking or savings account by the 15th of every month. Direct Deposit is available for U.S. residents and may only be made to a U.S. bank. Please note, if you are electing direct deposit for the first time, entries made after the 5th may not become effective until the next month s commission payment. how do i sign up for direct deposit Start by logging in at ShiftingRetail.com. Select My Account and then Manage Commission Payments. Simply include your bank name, account number and routing number.

5 account information how do i create or edit a personalized shiftingretail.com site Start by logging in at ShiftingRetail.com using your or identification number along with your web password. Once logged in, click the My Account located in the top right corner of your screen. Select Edit My PWP, and follow the simple instructions to select your site name and upload your personal photo. You may edit your information at any time by following the same steps. how do i send a customer invite code Customer invite codes can be sent from your ShiftingRetail.com or Modere.com. To send a Customer Invite code from your ShiftingRetail.com site, login and select Contacts. If the contact is already in your list add them to your lead list. If not, add the contact and move them to your lead list. Be sure to mark them as consumer. Once you have done this, click on leads then select the contact from your list by clicking on their name. To send an invite by select: Compose . To send a text invite, select: Compose text. Select the invite you wish to send and it will automatically be populated with the contact s name, your personalized link and your name. Once you have selected the proper message then click send. Sending the invite through your Contact Manager allows you to track your invites, add notes and more. To send a Customer Invite Code from modere.com, login and select Share the Love. Insert your contact s first and last name. Select how you would like to send the invite, either text or . Then include either the phone number or address based on the type of invite you are sending. Click invite. is there a fee to have a shiftingretail.com site No way. Your site is included with your Social Marketer Account. where can i find my referral code Login to ShiftingRetail.com and select My Account located in the top right corner. Your referral code is located in the Personal Profile section. how can i order modere business cards The ability to order and personalize your Modere business cards is coming soon.
