Floracopeia takes great pride both in the quality of our products and in the customer service that we provide. Please feel free to contact us at any time with any concerns or questions regarding our products or your account. Wholesale Requirements We have two wholesale tiers available: 1. The 30% discount option has a minimum initial purchase amount of $500 at the discounted price. 2. The second wholesale tier offers a 40% discount with a minimum initial purchase of $800 at the discounted price. Your first wholesale purchase will be placed with the appropriate discount applied according to the initial purchase amount. All discounts will be applied to any subsequent purchases over $100 (discounted price). We must receive one wholesale order that meets the $100 minimum per calendar year for your account to remain active. Please note: *Education Courses, apothecary boxes and display units do not count toward the wholesale minimum purchase. *If your business is located in California, we will need a current resale or wholesale number on file for your account to be counted as an active resale account. You can obtain a resale number through the California State s Department of Revenue or Board of Equalization. *Some items are not discounted or are slightly discounted, as stated on the wholesale order form. A customer service representative will apply your discounts and will place your order. Placing Wholesale Orders Once your wholesale account is set up, you may place your order online using your registered address and password. You may always access our current price list at Floracopeia Displays We have three hand-crafted display unit options: a table top display, a tester display and an

2 apothecary box designed for traveling sales. You may find pictures of these displays on the following page. All displays are made in the USA from wood sources from environmentally conscious suppliers. We ask that all displays be kept clean, well-stocked, accessible to customers and safely out of the reach of children. Some customers choose to glue down the testers so that they do not disappear or get moved around. Retailer Start-up Kit Our Retail Start-up Kit comes complete with 15 ml bottles of our top 20 best selling essential oils, 4 bottles of each product and a tester of each product in a beautiful, handcrafted wooden display. This selection takes the guess work out of setting up a new account with Floracopeia. Please contact us at wholesale@floracopeia.com for more information about this affordable option. Table Top Displays This display holds both full-sized products and a tester of each product. When you purchase oils for the display, the testers are included in the price of the display. The Large Table Top Display is 15.5 x 14 x 12.5 tall and holds 26 ½ oz oils (4 each with dram sized tester in front) and 16 different dram sized bottles (3 each with dram sized tester in front). The large table top display is $150, which includes the price of the testers. The Small Table Top Display is 16 x 8 x 10 tall and holds 13 different ½ oz oils (3 each with dram sized tester in front) and 16 different dram sized oils (3 each with dram sized tester in front). The small table top display is $100, which includes the price of the testers. Tester Displays This display allows retailers to present testers of the oils they carry while storing products in an Apothecary Box or elsewhere. The Large Tester Display holds dram sized testers only. This display is 11.5"x 8.5 x13" tall and holds up to 48 dram sized bottles. This large tester display is $80 and testers are sold separately. Testers average around $3 each, though more expensive oils are priced slightly higher. The Small Tester Display holds dram sized testers only. This display is 10.5 x 7 x10.5 tall and holds 24 dram sized bottles. The small tester display is $65 and testers are sold separately. Testers average around $3 each, though more expensive oils are priced slightly higher. Apothecary Box The Apothecary Box Weighs 11.5 lbs. and 15.5" x 7.5 x 9.5" tall. The first shelf holds 30 dram sized testers, the second shelf holds 60 1/2 oz bottles and 20 dram sized bottles. The third shelf can hold a variety of other objects, including tester strips, price lists, resins, carrier oils and etcetera. The Apothecary box is $200. Oils and testers sold separately. Quantity Discount Ordering We offer an additional 10% off when wholesale customers purchase 10 or more of one essential oil type. 3 Education Floracopeia desires to make holistic education accessible to all our retailers and customers. We offer the Floracopeia Aromatherapy Foundation Certifications Course at a discounted price to wholesale customers and their staff. This complete course on aromatherapy is offered in a distance learning format so that you may begin and complete the course at your own pace. Please contact us for more information. Floracopeia also participates in many events across the country and around the world. Please visit for an event near you. Return and Refund Policy Here at Floracopeia, we stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request to return it for a credit or an exchange. Please contact customer service at support@floracopeia.com within 14 business days to request a return. All of our products are checked for both quality and purity as soon as they enter our facility to ensure that they meet our quality standards. Essential oils, by nature, tend to be slightly different from batch to batch. Differences in scent, color, and viscosity can be observed. We also occasionally change the farm or even the region we are working with. Each Wholesaler is responsible for their own quality control practices, making sure that the product is not altered or damaged before resale. All product issues must be reported to Floracopeia within 14 days of receiving the order. Once a product is resold from a Wholesaler to their own customer, Floracopeia releases responsibility and jurisdiction over this product. If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 business days and we will have the item returned at our expense. If you do not contact us within the allotted timeframe, you will be responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. All approved returns may be sent as store credits or applied for an exchange. Refunds may be requested in the event of damaged products. Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt of returned items for a credit or exchange of items. We do not pay for return shipping unless the product is damaged. We do charge a restocking fee of 10% for large returns beyond our 14 business day time period.

4 *Diffusers are sold with a 90-day Manufacturer s Warranty. Diffuser Devices that are returned due to mechanical defect must be sent with the customer s receipt of purchase within this 90-day window of purchase. Delivery Policy Most domestic orders placed on open business days are shipped within 48 hours. Large and international orders may take slightly longer. Carriers We use USPS for international orders and USPS or UPS for domestic orders. We are unable to use customer shipping accounts to bill for shipping. Order Tracking In most cases, your tracking number will be included in the you will receive notifying you that your order has been processed. Your tracking information will also be available if you log into your account online. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, please contact customer service and we will provide it for you. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping. Backorders If an item has been ordered but is somehow unable to be fulfilled, it is generally automatically removed from your order before you are charged. In the event of a circumstance that requires a backorder, we will only charge your for the part of your order that is in stock. We will charge you the remaining balance when the back ordered item becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Drop Shipping Floracopeia does not provide drop shipment for our wholesale or retail customers. If you would like to place an order for yourself and another order to be shipped to any other address, you must place these as two separate orders. Wholesale customers may place multiple-address orders at the same time if the total value is $100 or more. Our online ordering system, however, does not currently support this. If you are a wholesale customer and wish to place multiple-address orders of less than $100 each, please contact the customer service department at 1 (866) ext. 2 or office@floracopeia.com and our customer service team will place your orders for you. *Please note that you will be charged separate shipping costs for each address. International Orders International orders are subject to any customs charges that are levied against the package. The customs charges will be for the full amount paid. Unfortunately, we have no control over those charges, nor can we predict when our customers will be charged. We can only ship internationally with USPS International Priority mail; this is the least expensive method that ensures timely delivery and insurance protection on the package. Our Commitment to Ship Eco-Friendly Preserving the environment is one of Floracopeia's primary missions. Please note that the

5 packing peanuts and other materials in your box are all made from bio-degradable and recycled materials. We pack our orders with the minimal amount of packaging required to safely transport your essential oils and aromatic treasures. Thank you for caring about our environment as much as we do. Retail Coupons Floracopeia offers exclusive discounts for our wholesale and retail customers. As a wholesale customer, you are unable to apply retail coupon or promotions to wholesale priced orders. Online Retailing and MAP Agreement Resellers may not use any package or collection names created by Floracopeia when selling online. Resellers may not sell Floracopeia products online for less than the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) listed on our price sheet. The price sheet is located on our website at It is your responsibility to keep your pricing current. All Products listed will have a MAP retail price. Listing a price lower than the MAP retail price next to the featured MAP Product in any advertising will be viewed as a violation of this MAP Policy. This MAP Policy applies to all advertisement of MAP Products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet or similar electronic media including websites, forums, newsletters, solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. Such website features as Click for price, automated bounce back pricing s, pre-formatted responses, forms, automatic price display for any items prior to being placed in a customer s shopping cart, and other similar features are considered to be communications initiated by the reseller (rather than by the customer) and this constitutes advertising under this MAP Policy. This MAP Policy also applies to any activity which Floracopeia determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy, such as solicitations for group purchases and the like. Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of the wholesale account. Floracopeia does not intend to do business with dealers or sales representatives who degrade the image of Floracopeia and its products. Floracopeia will not provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking action under this policy. We will not process orders for any company that is out of compliance with this policy. Floracopeia reserves the right to advertise our products at any price on any and all media including but not limited to all electronic commerce websites such as companies like Amazon and OpenSky. FDA Language In the event that you do sell our products online, you must comply with FDA guidelines in the product descriptions. It is your responsibility to be aware of FDA regulations and guidelines. Please utilize the exact verbiage from the Floracopeia website. We will not process orders for any company that is out of compliance with this policy. *Please note an FDA disclaimer is not sufficient to prevent prosecution by the FDA with regards to medical claims.

6 Ordering Permissions Wholesale purchases may only be made by wholesale account holders and authorized current staff. It is a violation of our wholesale account policy to share your account information with clients, customers, friends, family or any other non-account holders.
