After 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Stay within your P-Card single limit per purchase - do not split transactions! If you do not know your limits, please contact Susan Taylor, ext If you lose your P-Card or your P-Card is stolen, please report to and then Susan Taylor. Susan will receive a new card usually within three (3) days. Do your transactions at least once a week - this cuts down on fraudulent charges. You may or may not have received a pin number. Keep this safe! We presently do not use a pin, but this pin number could be used in the future. Our Fixed Assets Coordinator, Susan Hardman, has moved office space from CAB East to the Central Warehouse. She also has a new number. It is now ext
2 TEACHER RESOURCE CENTER / COPY CENTER If you haven t visited the Teacher Resource Center (formerly the Instructional Support Center) you are missing out on new ideas for your classroom and holiday projects that are easy for your students to assemble. We also have copiers - black/white and color - you can use and a variety of die cuts to help create your projects. We have three (3) laminators and one (1) wide format laminator as well. We also carry lots of supplies that are available to purchase! We are located in the basement of the CAB EAST building and are open from 7:00 am 6:00 pm, except on Friday we close at 5:00 pm. Come check us out! The Copy Center is slowing down from the back to school rush and we would love to assist you in anything we can. Whether it is books, NCR s, Posters, Envelopes, Mailers, copies, etc., we are here to help you out! If you have a project in mind and would like it done in a few days without hassling it yourself, send it to us! We can save you the hassle and lots of money! Call Susan Chase if you have any questions regarding the TRC or Copy Center at ext PUBLIC SURPLUS All administrators have access to the District Public Site (address below). Warehouse will receive product from other district locations and post on the site internally for two (2) weeks before releasing the items to the general public site. During this active auction period, schools can access the site and request anything that is being auctioned (even products that have bids attached). In the past, some individuals have requested to purchase some of the items before they're released to the public. The district will not sale the commodity before the public auction closes. If you are interested, please feel free to setup your own account and participate in the bidding process. If you don't have a district-issued account, or need your information sent to you, please contact the Warehouse (ext ) and we will provide you with your district account information. Please remember if you would like to participate in the public auction, you will need to establish your own personal account (FREE). Your district account is only good for Canyons School District internal auctions. Page 2
3 Lowe s vs. Home Depot Home Depot: Does not offer any discounts to our agency for items purchased and you will pay the current retail price for the items. Lowes: Holds the State Contract MA087 that allows our agency to receive a 5% discount off the current retail price for everything in the store! In order to use this contract you will need to obtain a Lowe s permanent use reusable customer identifier/savings card. This identifier/savings card is what allows our agency to receive the 5% discount! When making a walk in purchase at Lowe s have the sales clerk swipe your identifier/savings card at the register during your transaction. You should also alert the sales clerk to have the sales tax removed from the sales invoice before completing your transaction. Contact David Waters, ext , in Purchasing to order your savings card(s)!
