1 Event Features Dashboard - See at a glance how your event s ticket sales are going. Event contact form - Ticket buyers can fill out a contact form for questions about you event. Attendee instructions - Provide your buyers with helpful information or instructions about your event or tickets once they have purchased. Account-wide search - Search for ticket orders across all events in your account, resend or make ticket exchanges easily. Custom attendee data - Collect information from ticket buyer s during the purchase process. 2 Ticket Features Reserved seating - Let your ticket buyers pick and buy assigned seats. Ticket logo - Add a logo to your e-tickets. Sponsor logos - Add your sponsor logos to your e-tickets. Ticket-specific images - Add an image to individual tickets. Each ticket can have it s own unique image/sponsor logos. Terms & conditions - Let your ticket buyers know about any restrictions their ticket, or your event, has. Ticket descriptions - Let your ticket buyers know what your tickets include. Category banners - Have lots of tickets? You can add a category banner to help break up the list of tickets. Or, use a banner to simply display information or a promotion. Thermal printed tickets - Sell tickets at the door or at outlets by ordering custom designed printed tickets. Add additional fees - Pass along any credit card fees, venue fees, taxes, or any additional fees you want to your ticket buyers. These are added to AttendStar s ticket fee. Display/Hide fees - You can include the fees in the price of your ticket, so that your customer does not see them. Ticket minimum/maximum - Perfect for group tickets, only allow a minimum (or maximum) amount of tickets to be purchased at a time. Ticket status message - Let ticket buyers know when tickets are on sale, available at the door, available by phone, sold out online, or completely sold out. Low ticket alert - Be notified when there is only a certain number of tickets left in your inventory. Access list - Allow ticket purchases for people with a specific address or domains. Event display date/time - Perfect for multi-day events, you can indicate a specific start/end day or time to appear on a particular e-ticket.

Hidden discount/promo codes - Give out a unique sales page link to a specific group of ticket buyers to purchase tickets from at a discounted price. That way, the general public cannot see the promo code box. Ticket packages - Coming soon! The ability to create packages, such as BOGO tickets. 4 Reporting Features Daily ticket sales report - A daily overview of ticket sales for your event(s). Add your to the report groupds to start receiveing reports Report groups - Set up your address, or a group of addresses you would like us to send your event s daily ticket sales report to. Ticket sales report - A detailed picture of your event s ticket sales. Attendee report - Generate a simplified report of all current ticket buyers. You can create a report for all or individual ticket types. Social discount report - See how much revenue has been generated from ticket buyers sharing on Twitter, and the amount discounted. Low ticket alert - If a low ticket alert has been set, you can tell us who should receive the alert. Scanned ticket report - If you are scanning tickets, see a report of how many tickets of each type were scanned at the event. Profit and Loss - Keep track of income from ticket sales and account for expenses. Unsold seats - If selling reserved seats, export a list of all your unsold seats. Integrations Google AdWords - Target your ticket buyers. Google Ecommerce - Analyze purchase activity on your ticket sales page and determine what referral sites are generating your ticket sales. Full Service $2.50/ticket - All the features that make us popular, plus additional services such as marketing, advanced analytics, graphics for your sales page and e-tickets, and collection services. Custom - Designed for events with reserved seating, where we provide advanced marketing support, dedicated phone numbers, traffic and parking planning. Perfect for festivals, air shows, and large outdoor events. Free events - We never charge a ticket fee for events where tickets are free! Promote your event and collect attendee information completely free. Thermal printed tickets - For outlet or atthe-door sales, we offer custom designed printed tickets for a low $0.10/ticket plus the cost of shipping. Stripe - Make the ticket selling process easy for you and your ticket buyers. With no monthly set-up fees, accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit card orders directly into your bank account. Stripe charges a low 2.9% of your ticket price + $0.30 per order processing fee. Authorize.Net - Receive ticket sales instantly into your merchant account, including the AttendStar fees. Standard merchant fees apply from Authorize.Net PayPal - Use your PayPal Verified Business or Premier accounts to collect your credit card sales. AttendStar Payment Processing - We collect all your online ticket sales, including our ticket fees and additional fees. You will receive a check, minus the AttendStar ticket and credit card processing fees, within ten business days from the end of your event. The credit card processing fee for AttendStar Payment Processing is 3.5%. We do not advance ticket fees, so we recommend Stripe to collect your money faster. International sales - Process credit card payments in US Dollars from credit cards with international billing addresses.
