WORLDVENTURES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: KEY FACTS WorldVentures mission is to create more fun, freedom and fulfillment in people s lives through the merging of great life experiences, financial opportunity, personal development and contribution. At WorldVentures we continuously strive to live our mission every day. Most importantly, the company and its Representatives continue to focus on being good corporate citizens. WorldVentures is a direct sales company that markets travel-related products and services through Independent Representatives. Our goal is to create one of the largest and most respected travel companies in the world. WorldVentures' superior field and corporate leadership will create the ultimate opportunity for our Representatives. Our people and customers are the foundation of our success, and our Policies and Procedures and Code of Conduct help to ensure our long term success. WorldVentures is currently the worlds largest direct seller of curated group travel with Independent Representatives in 23 countries around the globe. WorldVentures provides the opportunity to combine work and play in a whole-new way. Our Independent Representatives can earn income and can be awarded bonus travel experiences. WorldVentures Policies and Procedures were created to help protect your business. They represent the code by which all Representatives must work. It is therefore very important that you read and understand all the details within the Representative Agreement, which includes the Terms and Conditions, Compensation Plan, and Policies and Procedures, so that you can help us all uphold the highest possible ethical standards. It is important to understand that your success and the success of your fellow Representatives are dependent upon the integrity of the men and women who market our products and services. For your convenience, we have created this list of Frequently Asked Questions relating to the Policies and Procedures. If you require additional information please first refer directly to the Policies and Procedures (LINK) or send an to Compliance@WorldVentures.com FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How many Business Centers can I have? Can I buy a second business? Can my spouse have his/her own business? You may operate or have an ownership interest in only one (1) WorldVentures Business Center, per government issued Tax Identification Number. If an individual has a Social Security Number and also owns a corporation, limited liability company or partnership and has the appropriate government issued Tax Identification Documents to go along with it, then he/she may operate two (2) or more separate WorldVentures Business Centers as long as the following requirements are met. The multiple Business Centers owned and/or controlled by an individual MUST BE directly enrolled by the primary Business Center, so that all Business Centers have a common upline. If you and your spouse choose to operate your respective businesses separately, you may each operate separately under your own Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, but one spouse MUST BE recruited (enrolled and sponsored) directly by the other. The above policies do not apply to the Bonus Business Center awarded to Representatives upon earning $25,000 or more in a single month. Ownership of the new, secondary Business Center will be associated with the same Tax ID number as the primary Business Center. It will be irrevocably linked to it and is ineligible for separate sale or transfer of ownership. For complete details regarding this, please see the Compensation Plan (Link). What documents do I need to submit for a Business Entity Registration? In addition to the Representative Agreement form, you will need to submit a properly completed Online Business Entity Registration form from your back office, as well as the Business Entity Packet, which can be found in the link at the top of the online Business Entity Registration Form. You also need to provide a copy of a W-9 and SS-4 Form provided to you by the IRS. Please go to for additional details from our friends at the IRS on the requirements for obtaining these documents. BECOMING A REPRESENTATIVE How do I enroll new Representatives and Members of a DreamTrips Family Product? WorldVentures strongly encourages all Representatives to help their new recruits to enroll online. Simply log in to your Representative back office and accompany your new recruit through the Representative or Member of a DreamTrips family of products ( Member ) enrollment process. Your new recruit will need to enter their information, read and agree to the Representative Agreement, inclusive of the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan for Representatives and the Member Agreement for customers. Make sure your new recruit checks the box indicating that he or she has read the Agreement.

While the online enrollment of new Representatives and Members is preferable, WorldVentures does provide a paper application form for Representatives and Members which you may use and submit to WorldVentures via mail, secure fax or your worldventures.biz site. In the event that you use the paper application form to collect personal information, including credit card information, from your new recruit, you are responsible for the security of that information and you must adhere to all WorldVentures policies for handling such information as well as all applicable laws. You must make every effort to immediately process the information through your worldventures.biz site office or by submitting it immediately to WorldVentures via secure fax or mail. You must also ensure that the forms are in your immediate possession and not accessible by anyone else. You must never documents containing full credit card numbers to WorldVentures or any other recipient. If you receive an ed document containing a full credit card number, print the form and immediately delete the and attachment from your computer. Do not forward on a form in an received by an efax service. You may, however, fax documents via efax to the WorldVentures secure fax number. After input into the system, you must destroy the form using a cross-cut shredder or manually redact the credit card information using a heavy permanent black marker as follows: Completely mark through the credit card number so that only the last 4 digits can be read; Completely mark through the CVV or other security code, if included; and Redact any other sensitive information. I know someone who will be 18 in a month, can I enroll them now? No, all applicants must be 18 at the time of enrollment. This applies to both the Member agreement for the products and the Representative Agreement or RBS. I don t like my sponsor, how can I move to another sponsor? Except to correct enrollment errors, WorldVentures strongly discourages changes in sponsorship. You may only move to another sponsor by cancelling your Representative Agreement and remaining inactive for a period of six full months. This means no sales of WorldVentures products or services, no sponsoring, no attendance at any WorldVentures functions, participation in any other form of Representative activity, or operation of any other WorldVentures business. After this period of inactivity you may re-enroll under the sponsor of your choice. I made a mistake when I enrolled someone and need to change their placement. What is required? Please go to your back office and complete the online placement change request form. Note that this form must be submitted to The Genealogy department within 2 business days of the enrollment date. The request must be submitted by the current enroller and the form must be filled out in its entirety and be accurate. I made a mistake when I sponsored someone. What is the process for correcting this? Please go to your back office and complete the online sponsorship change request form. Please note that this form must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the enrollment date. This request must be submitted by the current enroller, and the form must be filled out fully and accurately. Helpful points to consider: Sponsorship cannot be given to an upline. The new proposed sponsor must be in the same line of lineage (if the new proposed sponsor can log into their back office and see their new proposed personal, then they can be the new sponsor). The new proposed sponsor cannot be beneath the person in the binary of which you are changing the sponsorship. The new proposed sponsor must be active and in good standing. We do not allow sponsorship changes that involve a team change. For full details on sponsorship changes, please see the Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan located in your back office. How do I complete a sale and transfer of my business? You will need to submit a properly completed Online Sale and Transfer form from your back office, (this form must be filled out by and from the sellers back office only) as well as a signed and notarized sale agreement. The proposed buyer will need to complete a Representative Agreement (country-appropriate) Form. If the buyer would like to purchase a product (DreamTrips, DreamTripsLife, etc.) as well, they will also need to submit a Product Order Form. Sales and transfer of WorldVentures Businesses are subject to the approval of WorldVentures and are effective only after WorldVentures approves the sale and transfer. You will receive an from our Genealogy team notifying you when or if this sale has been approved. Can I buy a business that is being sold by my upline? You may not purchase an upline Business Center. This is to maintain and protect the integrity of the line of sponsorship and to avoid discord within the downline. How do I cancel my Representative Agreement? If you wish to cancel your Representative Agreement for any reason, you should contact the Client Services team at eteam@worldventures.com, in writing from the address on file for your business center as it serves as your signature

/ confirmation of the request. Include your name as it appears on your account, your ID number, and a brief description of the reason why you wish to cancel your agreement. Cancellation requests received by the compliance team will be forwarded, but please note that since compliance does not process cancellations, there may be a longer response time if you send your request to our department. For faster service, please send cancellation requests directly to Client Services. If I decide to cancel my Representative Agreement when can I get a refund of the money I have paid? If you change your mind about becoming a Representative any time during the first 14 days after you submit your application to become a Representative, we will refund the money you have paid (15 days for residents of Montana). If I decide to cancel my Representative Agreement can I still be a DreamTrips Member? Yes, of course. How to transfer the business upon death of the primary owner We encourage all Representatives that would like to bequeath their business to a successor to seek legal advice in order to decide the best way to arrange the proper documents. In these situations, the successor must provide the following to WorldVentures: (1) certified copy of a death certificate; (2) a notarized copy of the will or other instrument establishing the successor s right to the WorldVentures business; and (3) a completed and executed Representative Agreement. ADVERTISING AND CLAIMS Can I produce my own advertising (e.g. business cards, flyers, handouts, t-shirts, etc.)? Except where approved specifically by WorldVentures, as described below, you may only use advertising materials produced by WorldVentures. This protects WorldVentures interests in company trademark rights and ensures compliance with applicable laws. We do not allow Representatives to create business cards with our names, logos or sites, as these are available for purchase through the back office. T-shirts, brochures, DVDs, presentations and other WorldVentures branded advertising and merchandise are available in your back office for download and purchase. If you cannot find what you are looking for in the back office, we will consider allowing generic materials as described below. If you wish to create your own advertising, you may send a copy of it to Compliance by for review. All Representative created advertising must be 100% generic and cannot use company names, trademarks, logos, taglines, prices or product descriptions. You may only use Independent WorldVentures Representative as a notation under your name in the contact information of the advertisement or business cards, and you may use your personal WorldVentures replicated links (e.g. joetraveler.worldventures.biz). Can I create my own presentation? The best tools for presenting the WorldVentures products and opportunity are the pre-recorded presentations found at wvondemand.com or on the Just Push Play DVD. If you would like to present your own presentation, you may only use the slide shows from the back office and you must not add additional information or slides to them. Can I advertise my business on Facebook and other web pages? Social media sites are relationship-building sites. While building relationships is an important part of the sales process, social media sites may not be used as a direct medium for generating sales or recruiting and explaining the opportunity to earn income with WorldVentures. Online sales and recruiting may only be generated from a Representative s WorldVentures replicated website. Likewise, you should not use any other website or social media site to explain the WorldVentures Compensation Plan or any component of the Compensation Plan. You may talk about the trips you ve taken and the fun you are having, but please do not advertise on Facebook, other social media or on other websites (except your WorldVentures.biz replicated website), meaning you should not post trip or product prices, make savings claims, or discuss the Compensation Plan or product details. You may not use the company or product names and trademarks in your page name, URL, or other profile information, and please do not list WorldVentures as your employer. How do I participate in a Tradeshow? We encourage our Representatives to attend tradeshows and other professional expos to promote the products in a sales oriented environment. We cannot approve job or career fairs in order to eliminate any misunderstanding that the WorldVentures products and services offer opportunity for employment. Furthermore, in order to maintain a certain level of professionalism, we do not approve swap meets, garage sales, flea markets, farmer s markets, or similar venues. If you would like to attend a professional expo, please send us the details by including your name and Representative ID, the name of the expo, location (city and state), and date. Please include any additional information (such as a flyer or website links) that will help us identify the event.

Please note that you may not request permission for multiple years of the same event unless you are able to give us documentation that proves you have actually reserved and paid for a slot for all of the future events and know the official dates of the events. Please be sure to make it clear that you are selling the DreamTrips travel club memberships. You are not selling travel, such as the actual DreamTrips packages provided by Rovia. Can I advertise in a business? In order to promote sales by person to person contact, we do not currently allow Representatives to leave promotional literature or play videos in a business or service establishment. Can I give a DreamTrips package away as a gift or in a raffle? Sorry, but DreamTrips are only available for booking by current DreamTrips members and you are not able to purchase a DreamTrips package for a third party as a gift or giveaway. Can I say that Representatives can get a BMW for free or free vacations? No. Vacations purchased with TravelDollars and BMWs purchased or leased with money paid under the Wings and Wheels program are not free to the receiving Representative but are earned and form part of your commission and bonuses paid under the Compensation Plan. INTERNATIONAL MARKETS Can I become a Representative in the US if I live in another country? No. In order to be eligible to be a Representative in the US, you must be resident in the US with the right to legally work in a self-employed capacity. This means that if you live in the US but have a work related visa that restricts who you can work for or what work you may do, you may not be able to also be a WorldVentures Representative. Always check the conditions of your visa before submitting an application to become a Representative. Can I promote the WorldVentures Product and the WorldVentures business in any overseas country? Representatives are authorized to sell WorldVentures products and services only in the countries where we have current operations. When traveling in countries where WorldVentures currently does not operate, you should not engage in the following: Advertising WorldVentures, WorldVentures products or services, or the Compensation Plan; Offering Company products or services for sale or distribution; Reproducing or self-producing literature or other marketing collateral; Accepting payment for enrollment or recruitment from, or attempting to enroll or recruit, where WorldVentures does not conduct business; Conducting training or opportunity meetings; and/or Promoting international expansion via the Internet or in promotional literature. citizens of countries When a new country is officially opened, WorldVentures will issue a press release and have a formal launch date, which will be made available in your back office. If you feel that you ve witnessed a policy breach by another WorldVentures Representative, please write to Compliance@WorldVentures.com and include as many firsthand details and evidence as possible. While we understand that reporting a violation can be a difficult situation, please be aware that we cannot always keep you anonymous if your statement of events is the only evidence to the violation. We can accept evidence in the following forms: evidence. Any s sent by a Representative that confirm breach of policy (e.g. marketing for another company or product). Text message. Any text message sent by a representative that confirms breach of policy (e.g. marketing for another company or product). The text must be forwarded to compliance@worldventures.com directly from the inbox of the member that was solicited. Written statement. We can accept written statements from Representatives that directly witnessed a breach of policy. The written statement is helpful especially if a Representative witnessed the behavior by phone or in person and they do not have written proof. To make a written statement, please provide a notarized affidavit, and send as an attachment to compliance@worldventures.com, or by postal delivery.

Once we have received your and any supporting evidence, we will review the situation and determine if there is a possible policy violation. At that point, if there is justification we will begin a formal investigation and will provide you with an update once the matter is resolved. We take policy breach claims very seriously and will take immediate action to protect the company and its Representatives; however, false or misleading complaints are also a very serious violation of policy and if we find that you have intentionally given us false information, your Representative Agreement may be terminated.
