15 Delivery Our delivery service ensures that we deliver your product on time and intact. Our drivers are experienced at loading and unloading our product and transporting your awning safely to your chosen destination. Our goal is to eliminate product damage in shipping, accurate tracking of your shipment, and to keep freight costs down so you can add more to your bottom line. Whether it be to your shop, your installer s shop, or the job site, Integrity Wholesale Awning will work with you to accommodate your needs and deadlines.

16 Warranty Integrity Wholesale Awnings, Inc. (IWA) of Indianapolis, Indiana hereby issues the following warranty to the original and first owners, who are registered purchasers of IWA products. IWA s limited warranty includes replacement for any and all components or parts. This warranty does not include freight and / or labor. IWA warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Structure failure is warranted for winds up to ninety (90) mph and thirty (30) pounds per square foot of snow load. IWA extends all manufacturers warranties of components used in production of our product. Fabric warranties are subject to individual manufacturers written stipulations. Installed lighting fixtures are fully warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from installation date. After this period, the normal written manufacturers warranty takes precedence. This warranty does not cover or include abnormal conditions, including but not limited to the following events: Acts of God, vandalism, abuse, hail, storms, fire, harmful fumes, cement, salt spray due to proximity to oceans, chemical spray that is present in industrialized toxic areas, and failure to perform standard inspections, maintenance or improper installation.
