2 SU Basketball Season Ticket Holders, we are pleased to announce a state of the art online 3D virtual venue program that will facilitate your 2013 upgrade/relocation process. This unique and interactive tool will provide patrons who have requested an upgrade the ability to view and select the best available seats according to your individual preferences directly from your computer. Time slot assignments are based upon level of athletic giving, then date requested. It will also allow you to access available seating any time during the upgrade/relocation timeframe, so you can continue to search before deciding to upgrade/relocate to your new seating locations for the upcoming season. Access to the online upgrade/relocation process will be accessible via your MyCuse Online Account. We encourage you to take a few moments to read through this instruction manual so you can familiarize yourself with this new process. If you feel unsure about using this interactive process, don t hesitate to contact our Box Office at the number listed below. As always, all potential seating assignments are subject to seat availability. If you require wheelchair or accessible seating, or would like to add or drop seats, please contact our Box Office for further information at DOMETIX. 3 Step 1: MYcuse online account login To login to your MyCuse Online Account, click here and enter your account number OR address and password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link and a temporary password will be ed to you IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

4 Step 2: upgrade seats To upgrade/relocate your seats, click the Season Ticket Upgrade Option link on the left IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

5 Step 3: current SEat selection Confirm the current season tickets you would like to upgrade/relocate for the 2013 season by checking the check box next to each seat. Jot down the number and location of those seats as a reference before clicking continue at the bottom right IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

6 Step 4: seat availability Once you click continue, you will be taken to the Carrier Dome via the Virtual Venue tool. The navigator tab is located to the left where you can choose between different aerial views. You can search by Section Number at the top. The cart icon is located on the top right. A seating legend is also present. Green seats or areas are available for upgrade/relocation and Red seats or areas are not available for upgrade/relocation. Hovering over the seating areas will activate a small window containing section information, including Section, Row, Price, and Seats Available in that section. Clicking on a section will take you to a view of those seats IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

7 Step 5: CHOOSE AVAILABLE SEAT LOCATIONs A Zoom & Pan tool is provided to zoom in and out of the current seat section. Clicking a seat will open up the necessary seat information as well as a complete 360 degree view. To look around, simply hold down the mouse over the view and drag. There is also an option to expand that view to full screen. When you are ready to select new seat locations, click ADD to cart and each selected seat will turn YELLOW, and be put in the cart, with the icon showing current number selected. To remove a seat from the cart, click on the yellow seat and click on REMOVE from cart on the popup screen. To see what seats you are upgrading/ relocating from, click on the Checkout tab, then Current Seats at the top. Guidelines for Selecting and Holding Seats: Please pay attention to the guidelines below for selecting and holding seats. If your selection doesn t follow the guidelines, the system will not allow you to select seats. 1. Every aisle seat must be purchased with at least one adjacent seat. 2. Your upgrade/relocation selections must be equal to the amount of tickets you started with. 3. Single available seats cannot be left. 4. The seats in the Cart continue to be available to other patrons until you click the Checkout tab on the right and then click the HOLD Seats button and the continue button on the subsequent screen. 5. 8 Step 6: hold YOUR NEW SEAT LOCATIONs To confirm and hold your new seat(s) selection, click the checkout tab to your right and review your new seat information. Click the HOLD Seats button when you re ready to proceed IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

9 Step 7: REVIEW AND confirm YOUR SELECTION Review your seat(s) selection information and click continue. Your new seat locations are now held. If you wish to change your seat selection do not hit the back button on your browser. Rather, click continue and then select cancel on the next screen to start the process once again IOMEDIA, Inc. 10 Step 8: Accept your selection You will be taken back to your MyCuse Online Account page and see a summary of your changes, and, depending on the changes you made, any balance or refund that may be due IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

11 Step 9: final confirmation to make the change To finish the process, enter your password and click proceed to checkout. If a balance is due, please proceed with payment. If you are already on a payment plan for your original seats, that continues to be in force for previously designated automatic payment dates and amounts IOMEDIA, Inc. All rights reserved.

12 Step 10: finishing the process You re almost done! You will see some Order Summary screens, then arrive at this screen. Note that for any credit due, the Box Office will refund that credit to your credit card within one week of your making a change. Check the Terms of Use box, then click Purchase Tickets, and you are finished! Note that when you click Purchase Tickets on this screen, your previous seat location will be released and be immediately available to other patrons who may be upgrading/relocating IOMEDIA, Inc.
