Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in Virgin Holidays Competition. By participating in the Competition each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions. 1. Definitions Prize means the all-inclusive 7 night stays for 2 adults at a luxury Caribbean resort, including return economy flights, as further set out at clause 5; Competition means the competition described on the Website, on the event location or in any branch of Virgin Holidays and as governed by these Terms and Conditions; Entrant means any individual who has entered this competition in accordance to clause 2 who is a resident in the United Kingdom with a valid EU passport, and submits the information as required in these terms or any relevant entry instructions; Entry means the photo submitted adhering to all requirements as set out in clause 6.10; Winner means the successful Entrant who is randomly picked after the 13 th September The Promoter means Virgin Holidays and their partners; Site means Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document; 2. Entering the Competition 2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over excluding employees and the families of the Promoter and associated companies including Virgin Holidays or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition. 2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. 2.3 There are three ways to enter the competition. You may only enter once. Multiple entries across multiple platforms will be disqualified. You must provide your name and address Attend a Virgin Holidays promotional event and have your photo taken by a Virgin Holidays Brand Communicator. You must provide your name, address and contact telephone number. Providing this information and allowing a photo to be taken of yourself shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. Event dates and locations include: London Westfield Competition: 15th and 16th August Kent Bluewater Competition: 22nd and 23rd August Sheffield Meadowhall Competition: 29th and 30th August Manchester Trafford Centre Competition; 5th and 6th September Birmingham Bullring Competition: 12th and 13th September 2.4 The Competition is open from Sunday 9 th August 2015 to midnight on Sunday 13 th September Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Virgin Holidays does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. 2.6 Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. 2.7 Any entries made by a person found to be using multiple Instagram and/or Twitter accounts to enter the competition will be disqualified. 2.8 Virgin Holidays reserve the right to reject entries to the Contest: All Entries into the Contest are subject to Virgin Holidays' approval after being uploaded. All entries that are deemed inappropriate and/or offensive will not be considered. Virgin Holidays reserve all rights to decide what is considered inappropriate and/or offensive. In addition, in the event that a profile or entry is determined by Virgin Holidays, in its sole discretion, to infringe on the intellectual property of any third party Virgin Holidays may likewise reject the entry. 2.9 By entering the Competition, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Legal Terms 3.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Competition at any time.

3 3.2 By entering the Competition, Entrants hereby warrant that all entry details submitted are true, current and complete. Competition Entrants are providing information to Virgin Holidays and their respective partners involved in the competition (as set out at clause 5.1). 3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person per Competition Period. 3.4 The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entry or content that is lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. 3.5 Virgin Holidays is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Virgin Holidays is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with this contest. 4. How to Win There will be one winner from all entries received. 4.1 After the close of the competition, all entries will be submitted to a prize draw and one winner will be selected at random by an independent party. 4.2 Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw via the social channel on which they uploaded their winning entry or via if supplied on the entry verification from. If the photo was submitted via direct upload or from one of the live events, the winner will be notified via . If the winner does not respond to Virgin Holidays within 14 days of being notified, another entry will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. 5. Prizes 5.1 The holiday prize includes a 7 night stay for 2 adults at the Occidental Grand Xcaret Mexico on an all-inclusive board basis. The prize also includes 2 economy return flights. Holiday prize is subject to availability and standard booking terms and conditions, for full details please see Economy flights provided as part of the prize cannot be upgraded and air miles cannot be collected. 5.2 Travel insurance and transport to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Additional nights or adults/children will be charged at standard retail flights and accommodation rates. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip. Both hotels and flights are subject to availability. 5.3 The holiday must be taken by 31 July 2016, but cannot be taken between 21 December January 2015 or 24 March April Bookings cannot be made more than 2 months prior to arrival date.

4 5.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives and the promoter s decision is final and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 5.5 The Prizes are subject to availability and per the terms listed by the hotel. 5.6 The Winner will receive an will full details about how to make the booking. Each Winner will be solely responsible for making the arrangements in order to redeem their Prize. Failure to follow the instructions, meet the booking date or to make a reservation will result in the Prize being forfeited. 5.7 Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee payable by the Winner for any changes made to the reservation by the Winner. 5.8 If the Winner cancels the booking the Winner shall no longer be eligible for any Prize. 6. Other Legal Terms 6.1 Each Winner must be one of the people travelling for the Prize. 6.2 If any Winner cancels the booking that Winner shall no longer be eligible for any Prize. 6.3 The Winners booking is accepted on the understanding that in the unlikely event of an overbooking at your chosen hotel, priority will be given to full revenue bookings, in which event you may be offered alternative dates or hotel. 6.4 The Winners and their guests are solely responsible for their own passports, visas, insurance, any vaccinations or other travel costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize (including but not limited to spending money, tips and domestic transport). 6.5 The Winners will be solely responsible for paying any relevant local taxes. Any such local taxes or charges are the Winners responsibility and shall be payable at check-in or as required. 6.6 The Prize is also subject to booking availability of Virgin Holiday s and the airline s standard terms and booking conditions. 6.7 The Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all travel and health requirements and recommendations for the country of destination. 6.8 The Winner accepts that the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use his/her name and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the Winner and for related promotional purposes. 6.9 Publicity: By entering the Competition, the Winner(s) agrees to take part in any publicity relating to competition should you be invited to do so without compensation and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winner s name and county in any materials

5 relating to this Competition, whether printed or via digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Blog platforms Submitted Images: By submitting images, you are allowing Virgin Holidays to use them in future marketing print with no copyright. It is the entrant s responsibility to ensure that all the necessary permissions are obtained from any person featured in a photograph. The competition is open to all amateur and professional photographers. Amateur and professional entries will not be judged separately. By submitting your images or videos to the competition you confirm that the photo or video was taken by you and is your own original work and does not contain or reference any third party trademarks. As part of entering this competition you accept that names and entries will be selected throughout the duration of the promotion and posted on Facebook or other various social media sites Copyright: Upon submission, contest entries (photos, tips) become the property of Virgin Holidays and each Participant relinquishes any claims of ownership or rights therein upon submission of their entry into the Contest There are no cash or other alternatives to the Prize stated. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that circumstances beyond its control mean that the Prize as described cannot be provided. The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable No purchase is necessary The Promoter shall comply with all relevant data protection legislation These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims and/or disputes arising out or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts The Promoter of this Competition is Virgin Holidays, whose registered office is at Virgin Holidays Ltd, Aeronautics House, Manor Royal Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9AD The Promoter s decision is binding in all matters and communication in relation to its decisions shall not be entered into The Winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions, rules, regulations or any other reasonable instructions of the hotel, airline and any other partner organisations involved in the administration of this Competition and the Prize The Promoter provides no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Entrants entry in the competition or from the Winner s enjoyment of the Prize.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of the Prize The name and county of the Winner shall be available for a period of 3 months from the date of the Competition.
