1 CONTEST RULES AZZARO WANTED A CHALLENGE CONTEST Contest sponsored by the company Clarins Fragrance Group S.A.S with capital of 3,280,000 euros registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number , with its registered office located at 12 avenue de la Porte des Ternes, Paris (hereinafter the Sponsor ). As every contest has its rules, you will find the rules that apply to this Contest below. Please read these rules carefully, as they govern your participation in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, you accept these rules without any reservation, as well as the terms of use of the Website, which can be found here These rules may be referred to on the Website for the duration of the Contest period. They will also be sent free of charge over the duration of the Contest period to anyone who sends a request to the Sponsor at the address below. ARTICLE 1: ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DEFINITIONS Under the present rules, these terms are defined as follows: Contest : the present online contest named AZZARO WANTED A CHALLENGE CONTEST ; Participant or Player or you : the Contest participant who plays the Contest game. An address corresponds to a participant; Website : Internet site that is accessible on the following url: Sponsoring Company or Sponsor or we : the company Clarins Fragrance Group. ARTICLE 2: CONTEST PERIOD The Contest is accessible on the Azzaro.com website from 01/08/2016 (August 1 st 2016) at 12.01am to 28/10/2016 at 11.59pm (inclusive) (the Contest period ). The Sponsor reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel or renew the Contest as circumstances may dictate. In all cases, the Sponsor may not be held liable for doing so. ARTICLE 3: HOW TO ENTER The Contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority, except individuals residing in France (including Corsica), United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, and Canada, whether or not they are clients of the Sponsor, who have Internet access at the start date of the Contest period, and a personal address on which they can be contacted, if necessary, for any issue related to the Contest management. Persons employed by the Sponsor and those who have been involved with the Contest organisation, as well as their respective families (meaning persons belonging to the same household for tax purposes), are not allowed to participate in the Contest. Only entries that comply with all provisions of the present article are eligible. Therefore, the Sponsor reserves the right to undertake any verifications that it deems useful with regard to the identity and address of each Participant. Contest participation implies unreserved acceptance of the complete Rules, the rules of Internet ethics in effect, as well as the laws, regulations (particularly regarding taxation) and other texts that apply to contests in France. Failure to comply with the terms of participation set out in the Rules will render the Participant s

2 entry null and void. The Participant may submit as many entries as desired, via computer, tablet or mobile phone, but may only win once over the Contest period. In the case of multiple entries, the Participant s entry with the highest number of A's found will be the one retained, along with the Given Name, Surname, Address, Post Code, City and Country associated with this entry. Article 3.1 Contest entry via computer Contest entry can only be done via Internet on the Website, to the exclusion of any other means, in particular by post. Your Contest entry will only be valid if the following steps have been completed during the Contest Period: Step 1: access the website, on the contest page: Step 2: playing the Contest game. The Player must click on the button Play Now to begin the Contest game. Step 3: The instructions for playing the Contest game are set out at the start of the game and can be accessed any time while the Participant is playing. The Player must find the 18 Azzaro symbols in the video. The Player must click on the symbol to add it to the counter. To assist the Player, the film has a pause, forward and back button. The Player may play again, as often as desired, until the 18 Azzaro symbols have been found. The number of symbols found corresponds to a game level that makes the Player eligible for one or several random draws. When the Player has found 6 symbols (level 1 of the game), the form to register for the random draw will be displayed. To validate entry into the draw, the Player must fill out the following fields on the form: Given name, Surname, , Address, Post Code, City and Country (mandatory fields). The Participant must then read and tick off the legal terms before validation. You acknowledge that the information you submit to us, and which is stored in our data systems, is accurate and is valid proof of your identity. Please notify us if there are any changes to this information. You agree to refrain from engaging in any form of entry that does not comply with the present rules. We have the technical means to verify the compliance of Contest entries. Article 3.2 Contest participation via a tablet or mobile phone Players can only participate via the Contest Website, to the exclusion of any other means, in particular by post. Your Contest entry will only be valid if the following steps have been completed during the contest Period: Step 1: access the website, on the contest page: Step 2: playing the Contest game. Participants click on the button Play Now, and rotate their phones to landscape view to start the game. Step 3: The instructions for playing the Contest game are set out at the start of the game and can be accessed any time while the Participant is playing. The Player must find the18 Azzaro symbols in the film sequences. The Player must click on the box containing the Azzaro symbol to add it to the counter. A timer tells you the time limit for each clip. The Player may play again, as often as desired, until the 18 Azzaro symbols have been found. The number of symbols found corresponds to a game level that gives the Participant access to one or several random draws. At the end of the Contest game, if the Player has found 6 or more symbols, the form to register for the

3 random draw will be displayed. To validate entry into the draw(s), the Player must fill in the following fields on the form: Given name, Surname, , Address, Post Code, City and Country (mandatory fields). The participant must then read and tick off the legal terms before validation. ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND CONTEST PRIZES Article 4.1 Designation of winners A random draw will be held to select the winners from the validated entries. 3 draws will take place, according to the levels achieved: Between 6 and 11 symbols found: 100 Azzaro Wanted perfumes (or any other prize of the same value) for the 100 winners of this random draw (one per winner). Between 11 and 17 symbols found: 10 Gastro cards with 400 euros on it for a unique Gastronomic Experience (or any other prize of the same value) for the 10 winners of this random draw (one per winner). 18 symbols found: 1 trip to New York (or any other prize of the same value) for the winner of this random draw. For each of these three draws, only one entry per Participant will be taken into account for each draw, as each Participant can only win one prize in the entire game. Therefore, the winner of one draw cannot take part in the other prize draws. After the draws at the end of the Contest, winners will be notified by , at the address they provided, of the prize they have won. In all events, it is specifically mentioned that Participants who have not won a prize will not receive any notification by or any other means. Article 4.2 Contest prizes According to the level achieved, the Participant is eligible for the draw(s) to win one of the following three prizes: 1 st level: 100 Azzaro Wanted perfumes for a unit value of 81,80 euros (eighty one euros and eighty cents). 2 nd level: 10 Gastrocards with 400 euros on it for a unique Gastronomic Experience for a unit value of 400 euros (four hundred euros). 3 rd level: 1 trip to New York for a value of euros (nine thousand and five hundred euros), for two people including: the return flight from Europe (Paris, Berlin, London, Brussels, Sofia, Tallinn, Riga, Warsaw, Prague, Kiev, Bucharest) or from South America (Buenos Aires, La Paz, Santiago, Lima, Caracas, Bogota, Brasilia) taxes included, 5 nights in a 4 stars hotel (Double room) with breakfasts included, an overview of New York in a helicopter (20 minutes), a dinner cruise to admire New York from offshore, a traveler card credited with 100 for a drink on a rooftop during your stay in New York. For a total value of euros for all the prizes. The prizes must be awarded as set out in the present rules. Winners may not make any claim to exchange their prize for its cash value or any other prize in kind. Any incomplete or inaccurate address on the form will be considered invalid and will prevent the Participant from receiving the prize. Any entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or not in compliance with the present rules will be cancelled.

4 Only one prize will be allotted per household (same name, same mailing address, same address). Prizes may not be exchanged for another prize, for cash, or for any other goods or services. However, the Sponsor reserves the option of replacing an offered prize by a prize of equal or higher value, except in the event of an unforeseen, unavoidable and external event that makes delivery of the prizes offered impossible within a reasonable time. The prizes awarded include only what is indicated, to the exclusion of anything else. They may not be contested in any way by the Winner, be it to receive the cash value of the prize, or its replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever. Any brand or product names mentioned are trademarks registered by their respective owners. Article 4.3 Awarding of Prizes Further to their participation and after the Contest closes, in the event of winning as described herein, Winners will receive their prize within sixty (60) days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of reception of the winner s contact information, directly at the mailing address provided to the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss that occurs in the transport or delivery of the prizes. The Sponsor herewith declines all responsibility in the event of an incident or accident that could occur through the use or ownership of the prize won. Any prize that is not delivered and is returned in the case of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the Winner shall be forfeited and remain the property of the Sponsor, without any recourse to claim the Sponsor s responsibility in this matter. By the same token, the winner shall forfeit any prize that is not claimed at the Post Office and the prize shall remain the property of the Sponsor. ARTICLE 5: PERSONAL INFORMATION Pursuant to the provisions of the (French) law n of 6 January 1978, amended, known as the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete any of your personal information. You can exercise this right at any time by sending an , accompanied by a photocopy of your ID or passport, to the following address: Azzaro.CustomerService@clarins.com. Any persons who exercise the right of removing their personal information prior to the Contest will be deemed to have withdrawn their Contest participation. ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION COSTS Article 6.1 Terms relating to reimbursement claims Any Contest Participant who has complied with the terms of access and participation in the Contest as set out in the present rules may obtain reimbursement of costs incurred to connect to the web page from a fixed Internet access and to participate in the Contest, by a simple written request to the Contest Address prior to the expiration of ten (10) business days from the date of the end of the Contest (date as per postmark), or no later than ten (10) calendar days after the date stamped on the relevant invoice of the Internet access provider, if the Participant receives it after the aforementioned date, by indicating legibly on a blank sheet of paper his or her surname, given name(s), full mailing address, the date(s) and time(s) of the connections to the website of the Contest Page to participate, and adjoining a copy of the detailed invoice of the Internet access provider that the Participant subscribes to, clearly underlining the connection date(s) and time(s). The name of the Participant requesting the reimbursement must be the same as that which appears on the

5 invoice of the telephone service provider. Any request that is incomplete, illegible, and/or sent to an address other than the Contest address or after the expiration of the above-mentioned deadline (date as per postmark) shall be considered null and void. Only one request for reimbursement per household (same name, same mailing address) will be accepted. Article 6.2 Arrangements for reimbursement of cost of Internet connection Expenses for an online connection to participate in the Contest will be reimbursed to any Participant who makes a written request according to the arrangements set out in this article. In this event, it is understood that the Sponsor only commits to reimbursing those Participants who have accessed the Contest Page on the website from a fixed Internet connection and have adhered to the Contest terms of access and participation as set out in the present rules. If the Participant accesses the Contest from a modem or a telephone line that charges based on a pro rata of usage time or per call, and only in this case, the Participant may receive reimbursement of communications under the terms set out in the present article, namely by simple written request to the Contest Address and based on documents that attest to the connection time for accessing the Contest and the Internet supplier s effective rate for access. The cost of photocopies of the supporting documents that need to be sent with the request for reimbursement will be paid on the basis of ten euro cents ( 0.10) per page. Postage costs for the request for reimbursement will also be paid, on simple written request to this effect accompanying the reimbursement request for Internet connection costs, at the effective rate of regular (slow) mail (base: 20g). Reimbursement will be made in the form of postage stamps for an equivalent or next-higher value to the sum to be reimbursed within an indicative time frame of ninety (90) calendar days from the date on which the reimbursement request is received, after verification of its validity. In this regard, the Sponsor shall not be obliged to make any reimbursement if the participation for which the request is originally made is not in compliance with the present rules or if the request for reimbursement was not done in the manner indicated in the present article and within the specified time frame. To the extent that certain offers of services, certain Internet connection providers offer a free connection or a flat rate to Participants, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Contest Page on the Website that is done on a free-of-charge or flat-rate basis (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL or specialised connection) shall not be eligible for any reimbursement. In this case, the subscription with the Internet service provider is contracted by the Participant for general Internet usage and the fact that the Participant connects to the Contest Page from the website and participates in the Contest does not incur any additional charges. By the same token, the IT or digital equipment used to participate in the Contest is not reimbursed, as the Participants acknowledge and declare in this regard that this equipment is available to them for their personal use. ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITY We cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of connection rights or attribution of a prize to a Participant, or assume any responsibility, in the event of force majeure or any events that are beyond our control (in particular technical problems, losses or delays in postal services...) that disrupt the Contest organisation and management. In such circumstances, we will inform Participants via the Website. ARTICLE 8: CHANGES TO THE CONTEST RULES

6 We could be required to amend the present regulations, in particular to comply with any new legislation and/or applicable regulations. Any amendment will be integrated into the present regulations. In the event that one of provisions of the present rules is declared null and void, this will not under any circumstances affect the validity of the remaining rules.
