CHOOSING A LOCATION The most important decision you will make to succeed is choosing the right location to do business from. Choosing the right location can make the difference on whether you succeed or fail in any business. What's the point of spending all your money if you don't have a good location? In choosing a location, there are many criteria that have to be met in order for us to move forward. We will do a rough demographics of the location you've chosen to figure out whether the location has any potential or not. We will help you with all of this, to make sure you start off strong. LEASE SERVICES Once you've chosen a good location, we will advise you in negotiating a lease that works for you. Different businesses require different lease types. We understand what is important for you and your pharmacy and will try our best to protect you in every step of the negotiating process. Don't just sign a 2

3 standard lease without knowing your rights as a Tenant. STAFF/EMPLOYEES Before any work can begin, we will have to start the application process with the state board of pharmacy. In order to do so, we have to have a pharmacist sign your initial pharmacy application. If this is you, then there are no worries. If you are an non-pharmacist investor, or are presently a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at another pharmacy, then we can assist you to find and hire a pharmacist to sign and start the application process for you. PHARMACY LICENSES Once we have chosen a good location, we can start the state board of pharmacy application process. We will make sure all applications are completed on your behalf and sent out. Once completed and mailed out, it takes a couple of months to get a response from the authorities. DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Once the initial paperwork is completed, you will be ready to begin constructing the premises. Our package includes design for a retail space (average 1000 sqft) that has clean and ready walls, floors and ceiling, lighting, and ready bathroom. Our construction estimate does not include additions or renovations of walls, floors, ceilings, electric lines/panels, existing plumbing, etc. We will build out the pharmacy department wall/window, counters, and install shelves, fixtures, sink, etc. There are many requirements from the state board of pharmacy that have to be completed in the construction process. We will take care of this long process and make sure that there are no mistakes in any part of your pharmacy construction process. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE There isn't much left to do, except the final little details. Included in our packages is a 8-camera video surveillance security system that protects your pharmacy. You will have the option to access and view your pharmacy from anywhere through the internet, from your phone or a computer. PHARMACY INSPECTIONS After the construction is complete and your pharmacy application has been accepted, a state pharmacy inspector will make an appointment to inspect the pharmacy. One small mistake and they will fail you and delay the process. We will guide you though the inspections and make sure these mistakes do not happen and get the job done the first time. 3

4 SIGNS/POSTERS/BUSINESS CARDS We will help design and purchase all business logos, exterior pharmacy signage, posters, business cards, fliers, etc. You will be ready on day one with all of your marketing materials to advertise your pharmacy. 3RD PARTY CONTRACTS Other than the licenses, you will also need to contract with the 3 rd party organizations that help cover your patients. There are many companies and some take longer than others. We will take care of this whole process in the quickest time. WHOLESALERS & INVENTORY Which wholesalers should you buy from? How do you know how much to order? How much is too much or too little? We've dealt, in one way or another, with most of the wholesalers. We know who you should work with, and who you should stay away from. Too much inventory is a waste of your resources, and too little is bad for business. We will help you in keeping a balance to make sure that you don't spend needlessly on your opening inventory, but at the same time, have enough inventory to be ready for day one. GRAND OPENING Congratulations! You have made it this far, and are now ready to start your future, in your own pharmacy. We will make sure to train you and give you the right tools to succeed at your pharmacy. Nothing is more important for the success of your pharmacy than a good Marketing plan. It is very important to contact local physicians, nurses, home health professionals, your patients, etc, and notify them of your services. COMPOUNDING PHARMACY PACKAGE Along with opening your pharmacy, you also have the option of choosing the Compounding and Specialty Pharmacy Package. This package will include all materials, equipment, training, and consulting necessary for taking advantage of various profitable service to your patients. We will provide you with a state of the art equipment which will allow you to take advantage of the many compounding and specialty services, as well as provide health and wellness services for your patients when they come to your pharmacy. We provide you one week of on-site training by a professional compounding pharmacist that will teach 4

5 you how to use all the various equipment, provide various formulations for you to market to your customers, as well as how to work with the 3 rd parties so as to be able to bill for your compounding services. 5

7 PACKAGE 1: FINANCED PHARMACY $65, In this package, we will set up a complete pharmacy including all licensing, contracting, training, construction (labor & materials), computers, pharmacy management software, etc. This option is for those that have no experience in the industry and need a helping hand setting up as well as receive continuous consulting throughout the term period. In return, the Client is to make monthly payments (2.5% of Gross Sales) for a period of 10 years. Imagine opening your own pharmacy for a total of $65,000! You would spend at least twice that much if you did it yourself. During this period, we offer the following services free of charge: Consulting services at no extra charge. Our Clients will never be alone during this whole period. We are just a phone call away to help with any issues that may arise. Whether you need help with a 3 rd party issue, wholesaler issues, business management questions, etc, we will do our best to advise in each situation. Marketing materials: 5,000 business cards and 5,000 fliers 2 times a year as needed. Marketing Consultation: We will help you in formulating a marketing plan that works for your pharmacy and your patients. Once formulated, you have the option of implimenting it yourself, or hire us to do it on your behalf. Our Marketing service is a 1 month service, where we target local physicians, clinics, senior assisted living centers, community centers, etc. Our aim is to build strong relationships with local physicians and your local community. PACKAGE 2: INDEPENDENT PHARMACY $100, In this package, we do all the work necessary to open a pharmacy for our clients, similar to Package 1, except that the Client does not make any monthly payments to us. PACKAGE 3: COMPOUNDING PHARMACY $145, This is similar to Package 2, with the addition of Compounding Training and Equipment. For the Clients that want to start with this specialty, we provide the best training so as to take advantage of this very profitable industry. 7

8 PACKAGE 4: MULTIPLE PHARMACIES If our Clients are interested in opening more than one pharmacy at a time, we offer great discounts to help in this decision. If a Client attains our services to open 2 more pharmacies, we will offer a 5% discount on the whole package.
