2 1. Getting to the SRS Parts Portal to order Nissan Classic parts From the Nissan website at enter both your username and password. Click on the Workspace tab at the top of the page. Under the tab Parts & Service scroll down to find Nissan Classic Parts (SRS). Click this and you will be taken to the SRS Portal where you can order your parts. SRS parts have "Part at SRS-order via NNAnet.com link" in the Part Description field. Login to NNA Net Click workspace tab on NNA Net

3 Click the Nissan Classic Parts (SRS) Link under Parts & Service The link with bring you directly to the SRS Acount.

4 2. I am getting an error message when I try to sign-on. An Error message will appear if your sign-on credentials do not match with the system sign-on name and password. You would also get this message if you by-pass Nissan NNAnet.com sign-on. The only way into the SR Sales Portal is through the Nissan site from NNAnet.com. 3. Who do I contact if I have questions or I cannot access or even see the SRS Classic Parts site? Please consult Justin Ponzetti, Planner, Service Part Development, Business Development & Planning Aftersales Division, at Justin.Ponzetti@Nissan-USA.com or Chelsea Stevens at Chelsea.Stevens@Nissan-USA.com. NNA Visibility 4. Do I need a purchase order (PO#) or credit card to order parts? You do not need a PO# to order parts, but you will need to use a credit card at the time of purchase or call SRS at (262) if you do not have a credit card. 5. What if I want to purchase a large quantity of parts or place an order over $5,000? You should be able to order any size order online but you can always call SRS at (262) with any large order request.

5 6. Can I see a total list of parts and prices available with SRS? You can get a complete list of parts and pricing for the parts sent to your My Files. From the My Account page click on the Price List tab under My Lists. Click here to choose to receive a price list. Then select which format you would prefer to receive the price list. The Price List can be generated in either Excel or.pdf format. An will be sent to you once the list is generated. To see the price lists click on the My Files under My Settings. The lists do indicate the quantity of each part in stock at SRS, only the pricing.

6 7. Can I search for parts or review a list of available inventory from SRS? Yes, enter a part number in the Search box where it says Keywords and if the part is available the price and available quantity will be displayed. For a part search enter Part number, with the dash, here. You will also be able to review available inventory on the Product Catalog page. First click on Product Catalog at the top of the page. Start by clicking on the Product Catalog tab. Then click on All Catagories. Click on All Categories and you will directed to the Catalog Page.

7 This will take you the page that allows you to select Nissan or Infiniti parts. You will be able to search by part number and see price and quantity available.

8 8. Ordering Nissan Classic Parts once in the SRS Portal On the My Account page in the SRS Portal you will see the Place Order Here link under My Orders and Carts. Click on Place Order Here. 9. Entering the Part number After clicking Place Order Here, you will be directed to the Order Entry page. Enter a valid part number(s) in the box entitled Code and tab over to the Qty and enter an amount if it is greater than one. The description will fill in automatically. Remember to include the dash - that is in the part number i.e P9100. Place part number to be ordered here

9 10. Continue by Clicking on Place The Order To continue, click on the button at the lower right portion of the page Place The Order. This will take you to the Billing and Shipping Information Page. Click here to place the order. This will take you to the Billing and Shipping Page. 11. Complete the requested information Here you can verify Billing and Shipping Address. You can also change your shipping address.

10 12. Select your shipping method SRS offers FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day service. For larger packages SRS offers FedEx Freight LTL Shipping. If you have any special instructions, please add them under the Order Information box next to Shipping instructions. 13. Review and finalize placing your order SRS sometimes offers coupons or discounts so you can add the coupon here. You may still modify your order here by clicking the Modify My Order button.

11 14. Adding your credit card information SRS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you don t have a Credit Card, SRS accepts Paypal or call SRS at Clicking on the Confirm My Order button will finish placing your order. 15. Paying with PaypalTo use PayPal, click on the Pay with PayPal button under Payment Information and you will be automatically re-directed to the PayPal website. From the PayPal page you can complete the transaction.

12 16. I have entered a valid part number but get the message Part not found. What does that mean? If you get the message Part Not Found, then SRS has either never received that part from NNA or is currently out of stock on that part. 17. I have multiple parts to order. Can I upload a list? It is possible to upload a spreadsheet for a multiple part order. To add a spreadsheet to the order click on the Upload a list of Products. Then follow the onscreen directions. 18. Where can I change my order? Under the Place My Order page you can modify the order. Click on the Modify My Order button, and it will allow you to change your quantity or delete an item off your cart. Click on Modify My Order From this page you change quantity, delete items from the cart, or add instructions to update the shopping cart.

13 19. I need to see my list of parts I ordered. On the top of the page click on Order Status, and it will list every order by date processed. Click on an order to retrieve the order status, shipping information, and credit card. Click on Order Status Set date ranges or reference numbers in the boxes on the Order/Invoice Tracking Page Once you have selected the search parameters then select Search and the page will load the orders that are within the search period. If you need further details, click on the specific order and details will load.

14 Click on Order # for further 20. What if I need the order shipped same day? Shipping is FEDEX with Ground, Two Day, and Next Day Air options. Shipping costs will be displayed and automatically added to the total charge once selected. If shipping is not available to your location or there is a question, please contact SRS at (262) What is the latest time I can order for same day shipping? You need to order your parts by Noon CST and choose next day air to guaranty that your order will be sent out the same day. If you order later than that, please call SRS at (262) and we will make every effort to have it go out the same day if necessary.

15 22. What are My preferences?. You may change your account information, add addresses, and change credit card information all under the My Payments and My Settings tab under the My Account button at the top of the page. 23. What if I need to return my part? Is that allowed or is there a restocking fee? As long as your parts are not electronic parts, they may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Sorry but electronic parts are non-returnable. Any part returned within 30 days and in new condition will be accepted after deducting a 25% re-stocking fee. 24. How long does SRS hold these parts once they are purchased from Nissan? These parts are exclusively available to the Nissan and Infiniti dealer network through SRS for a minimum of 12 months. After that time it is up to SRS to determine how much longer they will remain in stock. 25. What if I have credit card transaction does not go through? First check with your bank to see if there are any security issues. 16 OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM BETWEEN SR SALES (SRS) AND NISSAN NORTH AMERICA (NNA) Effective immediately, Nissan North America ( NNA ) has entered into an exclusive multi-year arrangement with SR Sales ( SRS ) to improve and extend the availability of slow-moving, older service parts. For over 55 years, SRS has been partnering with market-leading OEMs providing a supply of slow moving, obsolete inventory as well as servicing OEM dealers. KEY BENEFITS: 1) Low demand parts will be available for purchase direct from SRS at Dealer Net Price. 2) The access to find SRS inventory will be seamless there is a single sign-on process between Nissan North America s net and the SRS inventory. 3) You are automatically directed to the SRS parts portal via your current Nissan or Infiniti Login at NNAnet.com. If SRS has the part available in stock, you can order it using a credit card at the time of your inquiry. 4) Improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty while extending genuine NNA part lifecycles. DEALER INFORMATION: 1) Check part availability using your NNA.net Login credentials. 2) Both Nissan and Infiniti dealers can place orders directly via the web portal using a Mastercard or Visa. 3) SRS will pick, pack and ship the parts ordered within 24 hours from when the order is received with most shipments going out the same day. 4) Overnight shipping is available and the Dealer will be responsible for all shipping charges. 5) All parts sold by SRS are as is without any warranty of any kind, although they are all new and genuine Nissan parts sourced directly from NNA.
