1 Available at Rupp Arena and The New CWS Review the mobile ticketing features now available at Rupp Arena and The New CWS by following along with this guide. NOTE: You can use mobile ticketing, no matter which ticket delivery method (Will Call, Mail, Print-At-Home) you originally chose. NOTE: The desktop version of My UK Account only tells you if the event has mobile ticketing enabled. It DOES NOT allow you to bring up barcodes. You must do this through your mobile device. 2 WHAT EVENTS ARE ELIGIBLE? My UK Account (Desktop View) What tickets are eligible for this method? 1. Season 1. Season tickets tickets 2. Single 2. Single game game men s tickets basketball purchased & football through tickets the purchased UK Ticket through Office the UK Ticket Office

3 Scroll down to the My Upcoming Events section. The ( ) symbol denotes mobile ticketing is enabled for the specific event.

4 METHOD 1: My UK Account via Smartphone What tickets are eligible for this method? 1. Season tickets 2. Single game men s basketball & football tickets purchased through the UK Ticket Office

5 Step 1: Go to UKathletics.com Step 2: Click the navigation bar in the top left and scroll down to the Tickets tab. Step 3: Click My UK Account

6 Step 4: Login to your My UK Account. REMINDER: A My UK Account is automatically created for season ticket holders and those who buy single game tickets from the UK Ticket Office. You do not need to create a new account. If you are unsure of your login information, call the UK Ticket Office. Need help? 7 Step 5: Click on the event you would like to use mobile ticketing for. NOTE: Mobile ticketing is only enabled for regular season men s basketball and football events. NOTE: If you click an event that is not eligible for mobile it will read: There is no action available on mobile for this event.

8 Step 6: Once the event is clicked, the seat locators will appear. Click the > arrow to view the QR barcode(s). The ticket(s) can be scanned at this point for entry into the venue. Optional Step 7: iphone users may add their tickets to Passbook at this point. Passbook is highly recommended as it prevents tickets not loading at the gate due to possible limited internet connectivity.

9 Optional Step 7: Click the Add button in the top right corner to add the tickets to your Passbook. The tickets will show as a tab, by event date.

10 Sample Seat Locator Pass Take your mobile ticket(s) directly to the turnstiles. NOTE: If tickets have been reprinted, ensure the most upto-date barcode is provided. Once your mobile ticket is scanned, a seat locator will print at the turnstile. The seat locator can be shown to an usher if you need assistance in finding your seats. Need help? 11 What is NOT a mobile ticket? Photocopies or scans are NOT permitted Pictures are NOT permitted NOTE: We do not permit photocopies, scans, or pictures of hard tickets or QR codes to be used to gain entry into any of our venues or events.

12 Ticketmaster METHOD Mobile 2: Ticketing Ticketmaster App via Smartphone What tickets are eligible for this method? 1. Tickets bought online through Ticketmaster.com

13 Step 1: Download the Ticketmaster App Step 2: Click My Tickets and then View Tickets

14 Step 3: Ticket(s) will appear. Swipe left for the QR barcode. The ticket(s) can be scanned at this point for entry into the venue. Optional Step 4: iphone users may add their tickets to Passbook at this point.
