2 Exhibit Opportunities Location Hotel Information The Hotel Hot Springs and Spa 305 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs, AR (501) This conference will be conducted at the Hotel Hot Springs and Spa 305 Malvern Ave., Hot Springs, AR A room block has been reserved at the hotel for the nights of April 12 and 13. To take advantage of the special rate of $ for a single or $ for a double, call (501) and mention that you are with the Arkansas Association for Healthcare Engineers. The cutoff date for the special room rate is March 31, Welcome Reception: Wednesday, April 12 at 5:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend the Welcome Reception sponsored by Powers of Arkansas. You must register for the events see the exhibitor registration form. One (1) 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs Breakfast will be available, however you must indicate your attendance on the exhibitor registration form. Two (2) complimentary lunches. You must register to receive lunch vouchers see the exhibitor registration form. Attendee Roster (provided on-site) Booth Rental Booth space will be available at the rental rate of $ for AAHE members and $ for non-members. The booth rental fee (in full) must accompany the return of the signed AAHE Exhibit Booth Registration Form and Contract by March 31, Booth assignments will not be guar anteed until full payment is received. No exceptions. Assignment of Space Booth spaces will be assigned according to number of spaces purchased and dispersion of similar exhibits. The final assignment of all booths is at the sole discretion of Diane Hughes, AAHE vendor liaison. Liability and Security Each exhibitor must make provisions for the safeguarding of his/her goods, materials, equipment and display at all times. The AAHE will not be responsible for the loss of any exhibit material by or for any cause. Booth Construction and Arrangement All booths will consist of a tabletop display on a 6 ft. skirted table. If an exhibitor desires to deviate from the standard booth space requirements, permission must be obtained from Diane Hughes, AAHE vendor liaison. Electricity (110 volt) will be available however, you must provide your own power strip and extension cord. Higher voltage must be requested and purchased in advance through the Hotel Hot Springs and Spa.
