2 WHO IS HINZ? Health Informatics New Zealand (HiNZ) is the event organiser. We are a not-for-profit organisation Nurses Allied Health Doctors Students that supports the field of health informatics and links a diverse group of professionals in the health and IT sectors. HiNZ members include clinicians, IT professionals, health sector managers, government, industry, academics, students, and other NGOs. HiNZ builds and strengthens connections between these groups and encourages the sharing of ideas across the sector. HiNZ has run the annual HiNZ Conference for the past 15 years. It is the premier networking event in New Zealand for professionals interested in health IT. HiNZ supports professional development within the digital health field with a wide range of services including the HiNZ webcast library which has over 600 slide/video presentations from digital health experts. For more information about HiNZ go to hinz.org.nz TWO CONFERENCES HiNZ Conference (HiNZ 2018) The 17th annual HiNZ Conference is the premier health IT event in New Zealand. It provides an efficient way to reach senior decision makers and influencers across the NZ health sector. New Zealand Nursing Informatics Conference (NZNI 2018) Convened by Nurse Executives New Zealand, NZNI focuses on integrating information technology into nursing education and practice. It attracts delegates from clinical practice in public and private health care, and nursing education professionals. 2

4 Event Information VENUE TSB Arena & Shed 6 is in the heart of Wellington city at Queens Wharf. PROGRAMME The HiNZ Conference will take place on Wednesday to Friday, November. The NZ Nursing Informatics Conference will run for one day on Friday 23 November, as one stream within the overall HiNZ Conference. They share a combined exhibition hall. 5 Exhibition Hall LOCATION The exhibition hall is in TSB Arena and will be the location for all day catering and tea/coffee throughout the three day conference. BOOTH DIMENSIONS Booths are 3m wide x 3m deep Booths are built in white octanorm shell scheme panels for a clean, professional look The octanorm panels are 2.48m high Panel signage can be custom printed for you by Peek Exhibition (optional) or you can attach your own artwork. Power supply consists of 1 x 10amp with 4-pin multi-box Lighting with 2 x 150w spotlights per booth One fascia strip with your company name is included in the booth price. It is optional and can be removed if you prefer. For corner booths, you may request a second fascia sign ($65) from Peek. They can also provide quotes for customised signs with your logo. Standard booths are 3m wide x 3m deep and have one free fascia sign BOOTH DESIGN Your booth includes no furniture but items can easily be ordered from our contracted exhibition supplier Peek Exhibition. They will provide you with additional information about furniture, signage and custom designs prior to the event. Corner booths have two walls and two fascia signs. With corner booths you have the option to add an extra fascia sign ($65) 5

6 Exhibition Packages STANDARD BOOTH NZ$5,400+GST Each package includes ONE trade exhibition booth (3m x 3m) EXHIBITOR LISTING in conference app LEADS GENERATION app access, which enables you to collect delegate contact details OPPORTUNITY to insert your marketing materials into the delegate bags at no additional cost TWO free tickets to the Thursday evening networking dinner TWO free delegate passes with access to all s across the two conferences PLUS DISCOUNTED DELEGATE PASSES Every staff member working at your booth needs to have their own delegate pass. Each booth/ sponsor package includes a set number of free delegate passes. If you require extra passes for your exhibition booth staff, you are able to purchase the passes at the significantly discounted rate of only $395+gst per person.
