T/ SPEND REWARDS: Spend Php 25,000 during the membership year complimentary buffet lunch or dinner for two Spend Php 50,000 during the membership year complimentary buffet lunch or dinner for two plus additional certificate for a 50% discount on food bill when dining in a group of a maximum of 12 diners Spend Php 100,000 during the membership year complimentary room night stay in a Premier Club including breakfast Spend rewards can either be accumulated to meet one of the above criterias or redeemed every time a minimum of Php 25,000 is met. Spend rewards are provided based on total spend (after discounts) on rooms and F&B. All benefits above are NOT valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings. Members need to check themselves in to avail of the room benefits unless the benefit is transferable. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. 9 Terms and conditions GENERAL Your signature and use of your Crimson Posh membership card constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below and the website. This card must be signed by the member and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Your membership benefits are available throughout the year except on Black-out Dates. Your membership privileges will be extended only upon presentation of a valid No refunds will be accorded if card is not presented. Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programmes or Crimson Posh card. Vouchers must be used within the validity period. Lost or misplaced vouchers are not replaceable. Changes and/or additional benefits and restaurant promotions are communicated to members via a monthly newsletter and the website. Please ensure that your address is given to us upon registration or receipt of your package. MEMBERSHIP CARD Membership cards are the responsibility of the members and are valid until the expiry date shown on the card. Any loss or theft of your membership card should be immediately reported to Crimson Posh. An administrative charge will be made to issue a replacement card. Crimson Posh membership card is the property of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City. Upon receipt of the Crimson Posh membership card, the card must be signed by the member in order to be activated otherwise the card will be deemed null and void. The Restaurant Manager has the right to refuse discount or retain the card for verification. Once membership is purchased, the member is bound to abide by the policies, terms and conditions of the card set by the Hotel Management. The card is the property of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City and the Management reserves the right to cancel the membership when a member does not abide by the policies, terms and conditions set in this programme. No refund on the membership fee and or any form of compensatory measures will be extended. DINING ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programmes or Crimson Posh card. Participating outlets, discounts and services are subject to change. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Neither Crimson Posh nor Crimson Hotel Filinvest City shall be liable for an amount greater than the membership fees to any member as a result of or in conjunction with his or her membership. Any queries relating to the use of the card or its validity should be referred to the Crimson Posh Customer Services Manager or their authorized representative whose decision is final.
