1 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS TO SEE BRISBANE BULLETS? There are three ways you can purchase tickets to see Brisbane Bullets Purchase a membership. Reserved Seating memberships are available to purchase by visiting our website or by ing our Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. This works best when planning to attend more than one game as members save money on tickets. Purchase tickets via the ticketing agency (subject to capacity). Please visit or phone Purchase tickets at the door (subject to availability). If you choose this option we highly advise to get there early, and to check availability prior to leaving. We advise patrons to pre-purchase, become a member or contact the club during business hours on membership@brisbanebullets.com.au for all game day information to avoid disappointment. 2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACK AND CARD? Membership cards and fulfilled packs will be available for collection at Game 1. This allows members to ask any questions they have, meet the membership team and also collect their individualized elected membership pack. As the items available are larger this season, we will not be posting out the packages 3. PARKING AT BRISBANE BULLETS HOME GAMES? Guests attending a Brisbane Bullets home game are encouraged to park at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition centre. Visa, Mastercard and cash are accepted at exit booths Further details can be found here I VE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, HOW DO I ORGANISE A REPLACEMENT? Lost or stolen membership cards will be charged a fee of $10 for a replacement. This can be ordered by contacting the Membership Department on or membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. 5. ARE SEASON MEMBERSHIPS TRANSFERABLE? Can t attend a game, no worries our Memberships are fully transferable. Simply give your member card to a family member or friend for them to enjoy. We can also send you through an e-membership of which you can pass on just in case you are not near them to hand over your card.

2 PURCHASING MEMBERSHIP HOW CAN I RENEW OR PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR THE SEASON? 1. Internet Renewing members simply log in on the membership page following the steps of updating your details as well as confirming the membership you are renewing. If you wish to add seats, move location or upgrade your existing membership, you will need to fill out a SEATING REQUEST FORM. This form allows our membership team to check availability of seating for you. Should you wish to reduce the number of memberships simply pay for the ones you wish to keep and after the 2 week renewal period, they unpaid seats will be released. PLEASE NOTE: every individual member has their own log in using their address from last season. In the case of a parent having theirs and 2 children, each account will need to be logged into and paid for individually. Once your membership purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation Post All members who wish to pay for their membership via Money Order, Cheque or Cash must contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au to organize payment. Please note your membership will not be active until payment is processed. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED? If you ve applied online, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If you ve submitted an application via mail, you will receive a confirmation within 48 business hours of your application being received by the Club (be sure to provide us with a valid address. Please contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au if you wish to receive your receipt via post. If you have paid for your membership in person, you will receive a hard copy of your receipt and once the membership has been processed via the membership system, you will receive a confirmation . HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP?

3 To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification Pension card (aged, single parent or disability) Student card (full time only) Veteran Affairs concession card Please note Health care cards do not qualify. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP? To qualify for a junior membership, the junior must be 14 years or under at the 30th April REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY Subject to applicable law, once your membership has been processed you are not entitled to a refund. You may request a refund in writing ( or post) and your request will be assessed by Brisbane Bullets Management. Any refunds (whole or partial) will be at the discretion of Brisbane Bullets Management. ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS ON MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES IF PURCHASED AFTER THE SEASON STARTS? Yes. We offer two options o Half Season Membership which is available for the 2 halves of the season. October December and then December until February. If you miss out after the season has started, you can always purchase a membership for the second half o 4 Game Flexi. If you miss out on the start of the season, you can purchase 4 games in your price category (Maroon, Silver or Gold) for any 4 of our 12 Home games at BCEC MEMBERSHIP DEFINED? Memberships apply to all Brisbane Bullets home games that are played at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre only during the NBL regular season. Membership does not include matches played at other venues; tickets to these matches will be sold separately. WHERE CAN I VIEW A SEATING MAP? Silver reserved seating Gold reserved seating

4 Maroon reserved seating HOW ARE SEATS ALLOCATED FOR MEMBERS? Majority of existing members from the season will have their same seats rolled over (unless requested otherwise). All new members joining the season will be allocated new seating in the appropriate members sections for their category based on Best Available I AM A NEW MEMBER, HOW DO I OBTAIN SEATING FOR THE FIRST TIME? You can purchase a new membership here please note that allocation of seating will be dependent on availability in the requested area. Members will receive their seating allocation on their membership cards/tickets. If members are unhappy with their allocation they will need to contact the Membership Department via at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP IN INSTALMENTS? Yes, Brisbane Bullets offers a 5 monthly instalment payment plan. Full Season Membership price is split into 5 equal monthly instalments, with each instalment due on the 15 th of the month. The first of these payments will be taken upon purchase. The following will be taken out the 15 th September then 15 th October, November, December and the final payment on the 15 th January Should the 15 th of the month fall on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be taken on the following business day. You can purchase a membership and join the monthly payment plan at any stage throughout the season. An initial payment will be taken, which will be a lump sum of the months owed in order to bring our membership payments up to date. Alternatively, you can purchase a 4 Game Flexi Membership or a Half Season Membership should you miss the first part of the season At the end of each season you will be given at least 14 days notice in writing of changes to the cost of your next membership with the choice to opt out. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MONTHLY PAYMENT DECLINES? It is your responsibility to make sure that your Credit Card Account has sufficient credit available so that the charges set out in the membership application can be processed. If Payment fails, the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department, or associated third party, will be in contact to rectify the payment/s outstanding.

5 If a member fails a payment on their monthly instalment, should a member fall two or more instalments behind, their barcode will be blocked and membership entitlement will be suspended until payments have caught up. HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS IF I CHANGE CREDIT CARDS? If you are on the Payment Plan and have recently updated your credit card number or expiry date, please contact the Brisbane Bullets Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au during business hours to update these details. Members can log into their Membership account and update their details by clicking on Members and then member details. CAN I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP OFF IN FULL? Yes, full payment can be made upon purchasing or renewing your membership. Simply opt out of the payment plan Alternatively, if you are paying your membership in instalments, you can pay the remaining amount at any time during the membership season (September-January). Members will still remain on the automatic rollover until the member opts out. Members can opt out of the rollover plan by ing the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. IF I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD MY MEMBERSHIP, CAN I GET A REFUND? When signing up for a membership with Brisbane Bullets, members are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the payment plan, which states that refunds are not issued and members will continue to pay for their membership until all payments have been made. GAME DAY I LEFT MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AT HOME; CAN I STILL ACCESS THE GAME? Brisbane Bullets can issue replacement tickets when membership cards are not brought to the game. Please visit a membership representative at the ticketing booth at the entry of the venue to organize a replacement. Alternatively, you will be sent an e-membership of which you can use digitally on your device CAN I BUY A MEMBERSHIP AT THE GAME? You can sign up at our membership desk located at the entry of our venues on game day. Membership will issue you with a temporary paper ticket to the game. Your membership card & fulfilment will then be sent away to be packed and delivered. Please note seat allocated on game day may not necessarily be the member s allocated seat for remainder of season.

6 IF I HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING INTO THE GAME AND NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM BRISBANE BULLETS WHERE CAN I GO? Brisbane Bullets membership representatives can assist with any queries at all home matches and can be found at our ticket collection booth/marquee at the entry of the venue HOW DO I FIX ERRORS ON MY MEMBERSHIP CARD? If any of your details are printed incorrectly on your Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club membership card please contact the Membership Department immediately at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au A new card will be issued within 2 weeks. If your membership card does not arrive in time for a game, please contact the Membership Department prior to game day or visit the membership booth on game day. HOW DO I FIND OUT MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER? Your membership number is located on the back of your membership card. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS? Members are able to update personal details online using their Bullets Membership account. If you are unsure how to use your Bullets Membership account or cannot find your password please contact the Membership Department at membership@brisbanebullets.com.au. Members can also click on retrieve password function to have their password ed directly to them. Alternatively, to update any necessary details, you can contact the Membership Department via phone or membership@brisbanebullets.com.au TRANSPORT OPTIONS Trains and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Depending on other events taking place at the Centre on game day, parking on-site is readily available. To avoid disappointment though, we recommend the use of public transport. For more information about getting there including timetables, fares and maps contact translink on or visit; Q. By Train? The closest train station is South Brisbane; only a few minutes walk away. A regular Air Train service operates between Brisbane s international and domestic airports. Travelling time is approximately 25mins. Tickets are available from the Information Desk. Q. By Bus?

7 The Cultural Centre is the main hub for most bus routes, only a few minutes walk away adjacent to the Queensland Performing Acts Centre. A Free Loop downtown bus service circles Brisbane s Central Business District only. Q. By River Cat? The City Cat terminal is located outside the riverside restaurants on the Clem Jones Promenade. City Cats run daily from 5.30am-10.30pm. Q. By Taxi? A dedicated taxi rank is located at the main entrance of the Centre on the Cnr Merivale and Glenelg Streets. Taxis are also accessible in other locations in the South Bank precinct including the 2 hotels Rydges and Mantra. PARKING AT THE BCEC There are 1,500 undercover parking spaces available at the Centre, accessed by Merivale Street. 0-2 Hours: $ Hours: $ Hours: $22.00 Maximum daily rate: $27.00 Motorcycle: $12.00 Early Bird enter before 9am, exit between 3pm-6pm (Mon-Fri only) $15.00 Entry heights are as follows: Car Park one: 2.3m, Car Park two: 2.2m (Merivale St) or 2.1m (Russell St Ramp) or 2.2m (Melbourne St), Car Park three: 2m (Merivale Street) or 2.1m (Grey St). Yes, there are two ATMs situated on the main exhibition concourse on the Merivale Street side of BCEC and one located next to Olio Cafe & Bar on the Grey Street Ground Level. Other ATMs are available nearby in the South Bank precinct.
