It can be challenging to know how to start, where to focus your attention, and how to get results. Honestly, it's something I deal with every day. To break through some of the "noise," I've created this workbook to guide you through your next steps on social media. Whether you're setting up an account for the first time or whether you're looking to add on another social media account, it's important to start with an audit to see where you are currently. Use this workbook to figure out where you are active online and maintain consistency as you grow your brand. I'm excited to get started!

4 Take notes Using the accounts that you've checked off on the previous page, take notes for using the below chart. Site URL Profile Name # of Followers

5 Profile Completeness Now take a look at the completeness of your profile. Ideally, you want every profile to have the same logos, cover photos, and about sections. Are all your profile pictures the same or similar? Are your profile cover photos the same or similar, if applicable? Does your about section or bio speak to what you do? Is your website link accurate and up-to-date? Are your business location and information all up to date? Is there a link to your products or services that is easily accessible? Are you following accounts that are related to your niche? Do you have your business contact information displayed, if applicable? Active & Access For those accounts that you own, check the following: Who has access to these accounts? For inactive accounts, do you have a post directing users to your active accounts?

Step 1: Identify Your Top 5 Performing Posts Take a peek at your analytics and figure out which posts have the most likes, comments, and shares. Step 2: Identify WHY They Performed Well Next, take a look at what kind of content that post was in order to better understand why your audience would enjoy it. Step 3: Create More Posts That... It seems simple but that doesn't make it easy! I've given you the next few pages to work through your top erforming posts in order to gudie you into figure out what your audience likes and why.
