1 4MOMZ 2 MOMZ Resale Event Our sale is from 8AM 2PM on Saturday And 8am-12pm on Sunday Sunday is Our Discount Day All items marked will be discounted 50%. If you are interested in having your items 50% off on Sunday Please indicate that on your tags. There is an option to discount. Advertisements for this sale will state that selected items will be discounted on Sunday ONLY Moms United, Zion Lutheran Church, Marengo Community High School and/or the 4 MOMZ 2 MOMZ Resale committee cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. We take pride on how well our sale runs, PLEASE read the RULES so it can continue to run SMOOTHLY!!!! PLEASE READ NEW RULES!!! Because our sale has grown as large as it has, we need to start enforcing the rules. Every seller will have a THREE STRIKE LIMIT. If three or more Rules are broken, you will not be allowed to sell for a year. Drop Off Procedure When dropping your items off, all items need to be hung in the proper place. We will have workers there to HELP you if possible, but you are responsible for your own items. If they are left in bins, without prior arrangements, they WILL NOT BE PLACED OUT, and this will be a strike against you. You must also be within the assigned time to drop off. If you are late, without prior arrangements, you will also be given a strike. Picking up Procedure All clothing will be left hanging on the racks (per size) grouped in seller order. Sellers are responsible to grab their own clothing and once YOU feel they have everything, any items you want to donate, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to take those items to the proper Donation area, if there is not a donation pick up, you are responsible to take your items with you. Moms United

2 is no longer responsible to take donated items. Leaving items behind, will be a strike against you. NO BOXES WILL BE LEFT IN THE BUILDING THIS SALE!!!!!! REMINDER. STAINED, RIPPED, SMELLY, ITEMS THAT ARE BROKE, OR MISSING PARTS WILL NOT BE SOLD!!!! If multiple items are found that cannot be sold because of this reason, will be a strike against you. PLEASE bring clothing organized by SIZE and TYPE. If a worker is helping you unpack and things are not organized, they will be told to move on to another person to help. ALL Clothing can be sold as long as it for the appropriate seasons for the sale, ALL SIZES Preemie -ADULT SIZES 4XXL Please read them and FOLLOW the RULES. If they are not followed, your items may not be placed out to be sold!!! ALL ITEMS MUST BE ON HANGERS WHEN DROPPING OFF. Seller is Responsible to hang items at drop off Hangers are available on first come basis. Thank you Sale Merchandise Drop Off Drop off time is from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday location will be ed to you closer to the sale date You must check in before leaving any items. ** We ask that all sellers bring their items organized according to size. All of the clothing with the same sizing together and separated by sex. All items must be on HANGERS at the time of drop off. Tagging Guidelines What Can/Cannot Be Sold? Nothing will be sold if it is STAINED, SMELLY, or NOT COMPLETE Only seasonal items can be sold (for the sale in the SPRING only Spring and Summer, For the sale in the FALL only Fall and Winter items) NO underwear may be sold unless it is BRAND NEW in the original packaging. Breast Pumps may be sold, but must be clean and complete. Bottles may be sold WITHOUT the used nipples. Only BRAND NEW nipples may be sold in their original packaging or attached to the unused bottle.

3 Pacifiers may only be sold BRAND NEW in their original packaging. Like-new sippy cups may be sold. Sippy cups that appear to be chewed on will be rejected. ALL TOYS must be working (have good batteries) and include ALL parts. Toys that appear to not be functioning properly, be missing parts or are in poor condition will be rejected. NO STUFFED TOYS, CHEAP- KID MEAL like toysand NO STAINED Toys Outdoor items may be sold (bikes, wagons, swings, etc). Please sell items for the season. Example. No sleds at the Spring sale Shoes, Sandals, Boots, etc. may be sold in the Correct Season Sale!!!!! If you have an EXCESS of items that are not able to be sold, you will receive a strike against you. Hanging and Tagging Guidelines: NO STRAIGHT PINS!!!!!! Hang ALL clothing items. Keep matching outfits together. Position hangers with open side of hanger to the left when looking at the front of the outfit as shown (It should look it a question Mark?) When hanging pants, secure the waistband of the pants to the hanger or to the bottom of the shirt from the 2 pc. set. Tagging will NOT be allowed on the sale floor. Changing prices on tagged items will not be allowed. If you decide to change the price BEFORE the sale, you MUST use a new tag. If there is any tags with questionable prices (a price that has been crossed out) THAT ITEM WILL NOT BE SOLD. This is to protect the seller from getting scammed. The TAG Needs to be placed on the right side of the item. SEE ILLUSTRATION The tag is divided into two parts. The top part of the tag is what should be secured to the sale item. The bottom part of the tag is removed. It s very important that we can remove this part easily, with no ripping or tearing. This part is what we scan in order to pay the seller. DO NOT TAPE THE ENTIRE TAG!!! Checkout lines do not have time or scissors to cut the tape. Secure the top with tape ONLY!!! 4 the item is marked for half price (procedures below) then it must be priced in increments of 50 cents. DESCRIPTION pants When using a zipper bag for your items (shoes, onesies, etc) the tag is to be attached to the OUTSIDE of the bag. Seller# 00 Size_4t_ DESCRIPTION pants PRICE $_2.00 If you are using the Electronic tagging, and want your items discounted on Sunday, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INDICATE THAT ON YOUR TAG by selecting YES for Discount. Remember if you are USING Handwritten tags and are going to discount your items THE TAG MUST BE WRITTEN OUT IN RED INK!!!!! DESCRIPTION pants DESCRIPTION pan+ts Sale Merchandise Pick Up ALL Items MUST be picked up by 1:00pm on Sunday of the sale If Items are not picked up by then, they will be donated, you will receive a strike against you.. Our Sale ends at 12:00pm. At 12, everyone is asked to come and claim their items. Those working clean up shift will be given until 12:30 to collect their items and then report for their shift. When picking up, you must check the bin of the missing tags, first. Every seller must sign out once they remove all their items. If items are being donated, SELLERS are responsible to take their donated items to the correct location, if available. If donation area is not available, sellers are responsible to take their items with them. We will provide a list of local donation centers. Moms United will not be responsible to take donations. The donation choice on the electronic tags will be for your own use. SELL AT YOUR OWN RISK! Moms United, Zion Lutheran Church of Marengo, IL Marengo Community High School, or any of the committee members of 4 MOMZ 2 MOMZ Resale cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please label any items you bring with you (such as coffee mugs, coolers, storage containers, racks, etc.). Please leave personal items (such as a purse) at home or in your car, as there is no secure place to store them.

5 If Rules are not followed, sellers will be given a strike against them. After three strikes, they will not be allowed to sell for one full year. You will receive a strike against your seller number if, Drop off procedure, tagging procedure, selling guidelines, hanging procedure, and pick up procedures are not followed. Unless EXTREME Circumstance, only one strike per procedure can be given per sale.
