12 When answering the phone: Smile and with up voice say Hello office, this is how can I help you? All correspondence is a reflection of the office. Must be neat and pleasing to the eye. Take initiative to get all office work done efficiently and completed on time so that I only have to write personal notes. Bonus schedule is as follows: Our production is based on how much people time I get. These tasks must be done to keep everyone on track so that their goals are not missed. The more phone/people time I get the higher the production. 12
