Atilus was commissioned by the Babcock Ranch team in 2015 to build a website and digital marketing plan. Since then, the website has undergone 4 major updates and we continue to maintain and update the website while managing all digital marketing and social media strategies. GOALS 1 Present Model Homes 2 Encourage Event/Downtown Attendance SOLUTION We solved Babcock's major struggles and helped them reach their goals in a multitude of ways. From a development perspective, we utilized an open source CMS with a templated process on both their main site and additional sites to ensure mobile-responsiveness and fast turnaround on creation of micro-sites for their various business units, all while maintaining digital marketing-friendly designs. We implemented short and long term strategies across all of their digital marketing platforms (local and national SEO, pay per click, social media, remarketing, and much more) to make digital their #1 source of new leads and inquiries, a major milestone in helping them become the most vibrant and interactive residential community on social media in Florida.

FGCU broke ground in 1997 and was getting ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary as we began the project. This was a special one since most of our team consists of FGCU Alumni and our cofounder, Harry Casimir, is heavily involved with FGCU. The Florida Gulf Coast team approached Atilus to design a website just for the 20th anniversary celebrations and we happily obliged! GOALS 1 Highlight Impact FGCU in SWFL 2 Reflect Opportunities for Students SOLUTION To celebrate the 20th anniversary, we were asked to create a bold, new design to match the amazing culture of FGCU, which is unlike any typical state university. There was a special logo designed just for the 20th year, which we incorporated with the traditional Florida Gulf Coast University logo. We were thrilled to learn that the FGCU team had video taken just for the homepage video banner, which takes users on a fly-over of the university.

We began working with the Collier EDO in early 2017 after they began searching for a qualified design and development firm to build a custom website. GOALS 1 Create a User-Friendly Design 2 Better Communicate Services to Local Businesses SOLUTION One of the Collier EDO s goals was to create a bold design. Naples and Collier County has a certain reputation among those who hear the name and we wanted to counter those perceptions with a bold, colorful design. To do this, we used bold typography, large images, and fun icons throughout the design. We also worked from a grid-like wireframe where content was presented simply in colorful boxes.

With Board Management, directors of groups, organizations, and associations can effectively plan and schedule meetings, assign tasks, send messages, and collaborate all from one place. GOALS 1 SOLUTION Support Tool Integration 2 Custom Design Board Management was looking to develop a web app that would be as user-friendly as it is functional. While they would need many technical features, they would also need a clean design that would provide an effortless user experience and allow for seamless integration of their app into the workflow of their customers.

We began working with Alford Wildlife in 2014 to help them gain more business using digital marketing. Since we started working together, marketing turned into a new website, which is live today. GOALS 1 Increase Number of Quality Leads 2 Create a More Responsive Website SOLUTION The previous website for Alford Wildlife was completed in 2013 and needed a reboot. To better maximize the online dollars we were already spending, we recommended a new website altogether. After we learned more about the business and what is most impactful for them, we decided to structure the website to cater to the keywords their customers would search for. After some keyword research and experience in their PPC campaigns, it was clear that people search for the animals/pests they want to get rid of not the service itself Alford provides. We created 2 major section of the website: one for wildlife removal and one for pest management. These are 2 separate areas of their business and it needed to be broken out for SEO purposes.

Beginning in 2016, and continuing throughout 2017 and 2018 they turned to Atilus to help reinvigorate their brand with a new logo, new website, customized inventory system, and an increase in digital marketing. Their latest design, however, was created with mobile in mind as we find over 70% of our clients website traffic is from mobile devices/tablets.
