A letter to the parents and students of Castle Park High School Your Senior Year is one of the greatest times of your life and some of the most confusing. There are a lot of things happening and a lot of expenses. It can all get to be a little overwhelming. Here is a way to make your Senior Year a little easier on you. We know that it can be tough to know what you need for your Senior Year, and at times tougher to pay for it. San Diego Graduate Supply and Carlsbad High School are introducing the easy order discount packages to make the whole process simpler. Just choose your package, fill out your personal information, add any extras you may want, and you are done. Your order can be placed with a $50 deposit and you have till March 1st to finish paying it off, and the best part is, you can use your credit card to make payments. A lot of schools do not take credit cards and this means that some students might miss out on Important parts of their Senior Year, after all, it can be tough to put together enough cash to get everything you need, especially since it all tends to come up at the same time. With our packages you can order and reserve most everything you need for the whole year before all the late fees and extra charges kick in, and have almost 7 months to finish paying for it. Ordering at the beginning of the year prevents you from paying the extra charges that always occur when you try to order later in the year, plus you guarantee that the product will be available when it arrives. No worries that the s will sell out, or missing out on Prom. Cap size is NOT needed. Please write your correct weight so that the gown will fit correctly Order online at You can also mail the order to us, give it to us when we are on campus, or walk the order into our office at: San Diego Graduate Supply 641 El Cajon Blvd We do not take faxed or phone orders. Announcements are handed out, at the school, 4-6 weeks before graduation. Caps and gowns are handed out 2-3 days before graduation. Your name is required even if you are NOT ordering Name cards. Students name does not appear in the announcement without ordering the name cards. After May 1st, we do NOT accept checks as payment Order Deadline Announcement Deadline: Orders must be received in our office by December 15th, after this date, there will be only one announcement package (in limited quantities) available. No a la carte orders will be accepted. Cap & Gown Deadline: Deadline is December 15th, after this date there will be a $10 individual order processing fee applied to all cap and gown orders. Return Policy All refunds must be requested BEFORE the date of graduation. A refund can not be issued if it is past the date of graduation or you have received your cap and gown package. Late fees and handling are NOT refundable. Dated or personalized products (i.e.: most of the announcement items) are NOT refundable.
