9 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 9 EVENT BOOKING Event Use the drop down and select your event. User type Use the drop down and select who you are or what you are doing at that event. When completed Click NEXT.

10 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 10 JOURNEY AND VEHICLE TYPES Here you will need to add your journey details, as well as your VEHICLE TYPE. Choose one DROP-OFF You are taking/delivering something to ICC Sydney. PICK-UP You are removing/taking something from ICC Sydney.

13 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 13 VEHICLE Basic guide Car/Utes/Small Vans Including Cars / Utes AND small Vans NOT including a Car/Small van with a trailer. Side Loaded Trucks/Vehicles Large vehicles that must be unloaded from the side not the rear. Mid-Sized Trucks/Vehicles Including Rigid/ Sprinter/ other Vans or Cars/Small Vans with a Trailer. Medium Trucks/Vehicles Including, Truck/ Tray/ 7.5 and 15 tonne trucks and 15 tonne trucks. Large Trucks/Vehicles Including Semi/Containers/HGV (anything larger than 15 Tonnes).

15 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 15 VEHICLE Zone/Halls At each venue, the floor plan is usually split into ZONES or HALLS, to make sure that you will be accessing the gate or door nearest to where your delivery/pick up is required. Please select the building you are wanting to deliver to, Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre or ICC Sydney Theatre. *If you are unsure about which zone or hall you are delivering to, please contact your Event Organiser.

Then enter the STAND NUMBER. If DELIVERIES, STAND NUMBER is not applicable, please click I DO NOT KNOW THE STAND NUMBER AT THIS TIME.

20 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 20 COMPANY INFORMATION If you are the driver; you are able to use the auto-fill, by clicking the tick box. Your details will be automatically filled in. Otherwise enter your drivers details.

21 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 21 DRIVER INFORMATION If you have added a driver in the past, you will find the information in the drop down list. If you have never added a driver before, please click + ADD DRIVER. Click + ADD DRIVER and fill in details. If you do not know your driver details, click the tick box below.

22 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 22 JOURNEY/VEHICLE INFORMATION Enter the postcode of where you have come from. If you know, add the license plate of the vehicle entering the event. If you do not know, leave this blank (this will have to be filled in later). When finished click SUBMIT BOOKINGS.

23 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 23 BOOKING CONFIRMATION Here you can click SEE BOOKING DETAILS to edit your booking. Click PASS to print your pass. Click MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING to make further bookings, do this in the same process.

25 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 25 FIND BOOKING You can search for your booking in, LIST OF BOOKINGS in the top left hand corner. You can use the search bar (shown in the red circle above) to look up your booking reference, company name or license plate number. You can narrow the dates down in filters to find your bookings easily.

Also edit your license plate by hovering over the NOT DEFINED AREA, and clicking. Or if you would like to cancel it all together click CANCEL BOOKING.

28 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 28 BASIC GUIDE You can use our app as well, select Australia as Country, and the ICC Sydney for venue. Then complete the booking in the same way as you would online.

29 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 29 BASIC GUIDE You will receive a booking pass and QR CODE on your phone or tablet. Please show this upon arrival to the venue to gain access.

30 ELEMENTS LOOK & FEEL PARTNERSHIPS APPLICATION ADVERTISING 30 VEHICLE PASS Once you have completed your booking, please download your vehicle pass and position it in the windscreen of your vehicle ready for when you arrive at the venue. If you have downloaded the app on your phone, you can use this to show your pass upon entry and again to exit. Your QR CODE will be scanned upon entry, this will track your arrival time, duration, and departure time. Your time allocation will depend upon the size of your vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle has left the site at the end of your time slot. All timings will be captured on our platform.
