2 Hello & Welcome Thank you for your interest in my design services! I m Kayse Renfro, the visual and graphic designer behind Kayse Blair. I collaborate with women who dare to be different while making an impact (like you!) by creating visual identities and print collateral to help you play BIG. Visual branding is what brings your brand to life. I m proud to offer three different branding packages for varying budgets and needs, along with opportunities to customize by adding on addtional marketing collateral designs. This guide outlines the offerings, as well as the starting prices for individual collateral designs. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. 3 a little about the process Your branding is not just your logo. Branding is the complete image of your business that conveys an overall feeling and message to your audience. Sure, a logo is part of that, and your logo should represent that image well, but it s just a part of your branding. Which is why my visual branding process is designed to not only create a beautiful visual identity, but also help you clarify your brand vision and strengthen your brand s foundation, for a more holistic approach to branding. 1. DISCOVERY + ADVENTURE Let s dig into your brand foundation! First, I ll ask you to collect visual inspiration and complete my Branding Workbook, to ensure we re creating from a place of strategy, meaning, and alignment. Then we ll meet to kick-off our project and talk about this (fun!) client homework, your big picture goals, what you envision for your new visual brand, and our overall visual direction. 2. DESIGN From there, I ll bust out my note book and start designing by hand. I ll create serveral varations for you to chose from with initial logo concepts. After a route is chosen, we ll revise and then continue to develop your visual styling with additional marks, design elements, patterns and textures. Collaboration is key! The best final products will come when we work as a team. 3. FILES, GROW + DANCE PARTY After finalizing your visual brand, we bring things to life. Depending on your selected package, this may involve designing accompanying collateral pieces. The goal is consistency your brand deserves attention to detail to ensure it s dynamic and thoroughly represented. I ll package this up and send files over to you and then its time for a dance party! **At this time I do not offer website design services but I do refer and work closely with several designers.

4 Package 1 PERFECT FOR START-UPS, NON-PROFIT OR- GANIZATIONS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWN- ERS who have a vision for their brand and feel ready to collaborate with and invest in a graphic designer. Your new visual identity will be custom to your business and include the essentials to help you develop a cohesive, authentic, bold brand. This package includes: 30 minute brand discovery consultation Brand Discovery & Inspiration Gathering Workbook + Pinterest Board A curated Mood Board and color palette 2 original logo design concepts to choose from + 2 revisions of the one you choose, to ensure you re completely in love with the design 1 final logo design, plus one logo variation 1 watermark/submark Typography/font selection Brand Styling Board: Includes all logos and marks, color palette and font suggestions, to use as a brand styling guide going forward Ownership of all logo and watermark files FINAL FILES DELIVERED All logos + marks in color and black. We will work great together if you re ready to collaborate with and invest in a graphic designer to help make your vision come to life! This package includes 30 minute brand discovery consultation Everything in Package 1, plus an upgrade to 3 original logo concepts to choose from and up to 2 watermark/submark designs. 1 tagline mark A set of custom icons or design elements 2-3 patterns and textures Complete + Personalized Brand Style Guide Includes all logos, design elements, colors and typography, plus tips and guidelines to help you and your team maintain your visual identity going forward Business Card Design Stationery Design Choice of letterhead or notecard/thank-you card, plus envelope Two Facebook Page Designs: Branded cover images and accompanying profile images Brand Launch Promo Materials: To help you celebrate and get the word out about your new brand on your social media oulets! 7 NEXT STEPS + WHAT TO EXPECT + BOOKING Interested in collaborating? YAY! The first step is getting in touch with me and sharing a little bit about your business, which package piqued your interest, and what you envision for your new brand. After you reach out, I ll reply with info about the next steps to chat and discus your goals. INVESTMENT The investment for each package is listed on the previous pages. Your final design fee may change, depending on branding add-ons and any other needs you have that are outside of what s included in the package. A 50% downpayment is required to book your project in my calendar. Pricing and package details are subject to change without notice. REVISIONS Each step in the design process includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you re thrilled and confident with the final product. Additional revisions are charged at an hourly rate. HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE AND WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED? Approximate timelines for each package are noted on the bottom of the previous pages. Actual timelines and start dates will depend on my project calendar, your specific needs, branding add-ons, when holidays and vacations fall, etc. We ll discuss more before booking, so you know what to expect! I LOVE continuing to support my branding clients and helping them elevate their visual marketing with additional collateral and other design needs after we wrap up your visual brand. I approach this work on a project-by-project basis. So, simply reach out when you need an extra design hand and we ll chat about your needs and timeline. Then we ll move forward with a design estimate and officially scheduling your project into my calendar.
