3 WELCOME TO KEMTEK IMAGING SYSTEMS With more than 30 years of providing quality-driven technologies, Kemtek Imaging Systems is proud to be the sole distributor in Southern Africa for many leading internationallyrenowned brands. These principal brands include HP Indigo, Scodix, EOS, Envisiontec, Markforged, Mcor, Fujifilm, Flint Flexographic Plates, Komori, Brother Labelling Systems, Argox, Cipherlab and Datalogic. Kemtek is a specialist supplier of multiple brands in the commercial print, industrial print, 3D print/additive manufacturing, auto identification, bar coding and labelling sectors, and we continue to supply fully integrated equipment solutions coupled with a highly-skilled service and post-sale support philosophy. Kemtek operates from five dedicated sales and distribution sites nationwide Johannesburg (head office), Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth delivering equipment and consumables direct to market and through a certified and extensive commercial reseller network, which is continuously expanding. Export territories include Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Lesotho, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Mauritius, Reunion, Kenya and Angola. With the backing of our shareholders, SAFIKA Holdings, Gencore Investment Holdings and TADVEST, our management team continues to invest in people, systems and advanced technologies, enabling long-term business growth and expansion into new vertical markets. 1

5 MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION As a professional distribution company, we are gratified to be entrusted with the channel responsibility for many of the world s leading brands. Presently, Kemtek focuses on the following industry sectors: Printing Digital, Flexographic and Offset 3D Printing Manufacturing, Medical, Dental, Jewellery and Automotive Auto Identification and Bar Coding Systems Labelling Home, Office and Industrial Systems Kemtek s marketing approach is based on developing a detailed understanding of the markets served and, most importantly, the needs of the end user. We then strive to marry the technologies and solutions provided by our principal brands to these needs, creating value on a sustainable basis. A cornerstone of our success is our ongoing technical support and after sales service, which all of our employees are passionate about providing. At Kemtek, we re also committed to investing in leading systems to enhance the channel and distribution efficiencies, whether this be CRM and sales, procurement planning, inventory management, warehouse management and logistics. Our specialised distribution division operates in excess of 25 delivery vehicles nationwide, performing approximately deliveries per year. Delivery services are also extended by the use of most major courier companies for the retail chains and outerlying regions. 3

6 OUR SUPPORT PHILOSOPHY Our service division is committed to providing the winning edge to customers by delivering the most advanced technological equipment and service, backed by a total commitment to excellence in all areas. All Kemtek technicians are factory trained and qualified and, whether it s electrical, mechanical, prepress, installation of equipment, preventative maintenance or a standard service, they are on call and ready to assist nationwide. We re continually looking for new ways of improving service and aware of the importance of maintaining uninterrupted production, hence the inclusion of tailor-made service agreements when required. 4

7 BEE STATUS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY At Kemtek, we acknowledge the urgent need for transformation within our society. As a good corporate citizen, we re committed to the objectives of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and aim to contribute to society in a socially responsible manner.
