In case of any lost keys, your customer centre will change your lock. You will be charged for the new lock and keys to the accommodation and/or shared spaces Sharing kitchen Those sharing a kitchen are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning, like washing the dishes and keeping the stove and fridge clean. 16 Moving out Fixed period Your contract runs for a fixed period and you are expected to move out when the lease expires. Three calender months cancellation policy If you cannot follow the fixed period, there is a three calender months cancellation policy. Leaving your accommodation When leaving you need to clean your room properly so that the next tenant can move in directly after you. If you do not clean you will be charged for neglected cleaning. Returning keys The keys to the flat and the communal spaces should be returned to your Customer center.
