3 Key Team Members Alberto G. Cavallo, Chief Experience Officer / Managing Director Alberto brings over 20 years of experience in Event Management, Event Production & Luxury Hospitality to the team. During his extensive tenure in the world of hospitality he was leading and developing Sales & Event Management divisions for various 5* hotel brands like the Radisson, Hilton, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Madinat Jumeirah and the prestigious Burj Al Arab hotel. Alberto founded IMPACT in 2011 in Dubai. The agency specializes in the creation of bespoke destination events for high-end Corporate Incentive Programs, Product Launches, Medical Conferences, Gala Dinners and Social Events to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sultanate of Oman. IMPACT offers the entire range of services including but not limited to Hotel and Venue Sourcing and Coordination, Food and Beverage Concepts, Audio-Visual, Staging Production, Ground Transportation, Event Theming, Decoration and Entertainment, Event Branding, Creative Concepts and Printing, Event Hostesses, Exhibition Stand Design and Construction. Julia has joint IMPACT in 2012 and has built a strong and loyal client base that loves her professional and highly efficient approach. Julia manages the overall event planning and operational process including but not limited to Budget Management, Ground Logistics, Hotel and Venue Sourcing and Coordination and Supplier Relations. 4 Bianca Servo, Project Director & Managing Partner Bianca joined IMPACT in 2014 with over 10 y i in Events & Conference Management in Sydney, Australia. Bianca was in charge of Conferences, Meetings & Social Events for the Australian Water Association across the country and she was the driving force behind the development of the conference & events division for the association with full budget management of the yearly event calendar. She developed an extensive background in sales and customer relationship management during her tenure with Destination Marketing Service in Australia where she was in charge of destination sales & representation services including all annual events, workshops and gala dinners including concept design, theming, venues, catering, print production, event technical and event production. Bianca brings a healthy mix of event operations & customer service focus to the team and our high-end clients love her empathetic and solution oriented working style.
