Price Check To perform a price check on a product, click the Price Check icon on the main screen (Fig. 7) and the Price Check screen will open (Fig. 8). Defaulted is the UPC query; you can scan the item in question by pointing the gun at the UPC of the item and holding the yellow trigger button on the handle. Alternatively, if the item will not scan, you can type in the UPC number, item number, or cross reference from the item into the screen and hit Enter. Be sure to enter all digits of the barcode for the item to be recognized. Your item will display on the device as it does below (Fig. 9). (Fig. 7) (Fig. 8) On the Item tab screen (Fig. 9) the following is also visible: Item Number Item Description Unit of Measure Bin Location (if tracked) On Hand quantity If it doesn t find the UPC, you will get the following error message: (Fig. 9) [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 3 of 29

All information matches what is reflected in Decor Fusion for the item: On the Details tab of the Price Check function you will see the Department, Class and Fine Line of the product (Fig. 10). The Pricing Level Details tab will provide the pricing information on the product (Fig. 11) (Fig. 10) (Fig. 11) [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 4 of 29

In order to edit any of the fields in the Price Check function, you will click the Edit option at the bottom of the screen. This will give you ability to edit may different fields on an item including the description, unit of measure, bin location, on quantity, department, class, fineline, and pricing. Which fields are available for editing will depend upon which fields are not locked down. If a field is locked and you are unable to edit it on a workstation, it will be no different on the Handheld device. The edit function will allow you to edit the above fields with a real time update back to your database. Please note that if you are updating pricing and the pricing method is a calculation, like a percentage off of another price level, the item field will update when the related price is updated. For example, if you have a price level called Preferred Customers and it is a price type of Percentage off the new price will be adjusted once the List Price is updated. The Preferred Customer Price cannot be edited manually itself. If changes have been made using the inventory gun but not yet saved, the reset button becomes a selectable option. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 5 of 29

This will allow you to reset the changes back to the original values at time of scanning the item. A prompt appears on the screen to revert backwards. If you would like to revert your changes back, click Yes. If not, click No and click Save to apply your changes. If at any point while you are working in this or any other function in the Decor Fusion App, where you see the Hold Task button, you can click and the system will save where you are working to allow you to work in another function. For example, if you are updating an item and a customer asks you to price check an item for them, you can press the Hold Task button and go into the Price Check function to scan the item for which they are requesting assistance. Once you have completed assisting them, you can recall what you were working on by retrieving it in the Active Tasks, discussed further on page 26. Once completed in the Price Check function, please click Exit to leave this function. A prompt appears on the screen after you click on Exit, click Yes if you would like to Exit the Price Check Item and No if you would not. This allows you the chance to Save any Edits made that weren t Saved. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 6 of 29

P.O. Create Creating a purchase order is a function that is possible with the Inventory Handheld. To create a new P.O., click the P.O. Create button in the middle of the screen, on the top row. You will choose one of the following options as to how you wish to create the P.O. In order to select, click on your method of creation and click Ok. If you choose by Vendor: The following are your prompt screens: o Select Vendor from the drop down menu (Fig. 12) o Scan Item o Enter Order Quantity (Fig. 13) o Click Insert (Fig. 12) (Fig. 13) (Fig. 14) Continue adding all required items for the order using the steps above. To review the order, click on Order Summary (Fig. 14). [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 7 of 29

On the order summary, you can see the item, quantity, unit of measure (U/M), and description of the item if you scroll right across the screen. The arrow on the left hand side (Fig. 15) denotes which item is selected from the list as well as being highlighted in blue. If you click the Edit button, you are able to either amend the number of units you are ordering or delete the item from the order (Fig. 16). If you are amending the quantity, change Order Qty then you will be able to press Ok (Fig. 16). Again, at any point during this P.O. creation, you can click the Hold Task button and you will be prompted to the main screen (Fig. 17) to complete another task, like a price check. When ready to continue with the P.O. created, click on Active Tasks, discussed further on page 26. (Fig. 15) (Fig. 16) (Fig. 17) Once the order review has been completed, click Save and the P.O. entry will be created. The system will provide the reference number associated on screen and the P.O. will now be visible in Decor Fusion on your computer terminal workstations. Up to this point, the purchase order is in the memory of the handheld inventory gun. Note: There is no check to determine if a product added is associated with a vendor on a P.O. If you choose by Product: The following are your prompt screens: o Scan the UPC (Fig. 18) o Enter Order Quantity (Fig. 19) o Click Insert [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 8 of 29

(Fig. 18) (Fig.19) (Fig. 20) Continue adding all required items that require ordering using the steps above. To review the order, click on Order Summary (Fig. 20). The Order Summary screen has the same functionality as the screen that was seen previously using the Vendor mode. Once the order review has been completed, click Save. Unlike the vendor mode which will create all items on one P.O., when the save button is clicked, the item will be sorted by the vendors they are associated with and a P.O. will be generated for each vendor found. The dialog box will advise how many P.O. s were created. The system will provide the P.O. number associated on screen and the P.O. will now be visible in Decor Fusion on your computer terminal workstations. If you choose by Retrieve Existing: The following are your prompt screens: o Enter UPC or PO Number (Fig. 21), Or, o Select Purchase Order from Open Purchase Orders (Fig. 22) o Click Ok If you do not see the order you are looking for in the Open Purchase Orders, please click the Refresh button, allowing the handheld to refresh with the database. Again, the Order Summary will bring in all items already ordered via the main Decor Fusion system. You [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 9 of 29

are able to edit quantities of the scanned items. In addition, on the Line Edit/Entry screen, you may add further items by scanning the UPC and entering the desired quantity (Fig.23). (Fig. 21) (Fig. 22) (Fig. 23) To access the purchase order from your computer terminal, click on PO Search on the quick access buttons or by searching the P.O s. Using either method to search the P.O s, the Status for P.O. # N is a Handheld Created purchase order. This status allows you to track/identify the source of the P.O. As with any purchase order, if you double click and enter your POS code the order will display the requested order, enabling any changes that are required to be made. 11 P.O Receive Receiving a purchase order is a function that is also possible with the Inventory Handheld. To receive a new P.O., click the P.O. Receive (Fig. 24) button on the top row. You will then select which purchase order you will be receiving and click Ok. For this example we will use P.O. #N (Fig. 25). S (Fig. 24) (Fig. 25) (Fig. 26) Once inside the P.O. you can see the Purchase order number at the top of the screen (Fig.26). This is particularly helpful in case you are interrupted and need to stop working on the order and continue later. In the lower portion of the screen, you can see the following three options are available: Receive allowing you the ability to receive the item on the order you have currently selected Hold Task allows you to save where you are working and select another function Exit allows you the ability to leave the P.O. Receive function (Fig. 27) (Fig. 28) (Fig. 29) [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 11 of 29

By default, the UPC field is highlighted enabling you to begin scanning the first item you want to receive. Once the UPC is scanned in Figure 26 the screen will change to Figure 27. This will advise you the order quantity, and you are prompted to enter the quantity being received. Once the received quantity is added, you can proceed by clicking Ok (Fig.28). The screen will revert back to a similar screen as in Fig. 27 however the item you have received is no longer on the Pending screen, it has been moved to the Received screen (Fig.29). Repeat the steps above of highlighting the items and received quantities until all items have been received. If the full Order Quantity of an item is not shipped, ensure the correct Received Quantity is entered (Fig. 30) and click OK. (Fig. 30) (Fig. 31) (Fig. 32) If you come across a product that you have already scanned and entered a quantity you will be given a prompt to advise that you have already received this item. If you say No you would move to the next product to scan. If you say Yes, Figure 34 allows you to Add to Quantity. It will advise what your original count was, allow you to add the number, and will add them together for your final count. Ensure you are only adding the additional products found, not including those already scanned previously or your counts will be out. Click Ok. (Fig. 33) (Fig. 34) (Fig. 35) Once all items are received, the screen will display the Received tab (Fig. 31) allowing you to review all the purchase order and all received quantities versus order quantities (scroll to the right on screen to see Fig. 32). Once you have verified the quantities, you will need to add the Supplier Reference number from the shipment and then you can complete the transaction by clicking the Complete [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 12 of 29

button (Fig. 35). You will see the prompt on Figure 36 advising the device is completing the order, and the prompt in Figure 37 will appear once the order is completed. At this point, any applicable Back Orders have been created. They will be visible on both the Handheld Inventory as well as at any workstation that has Decor Fusion available on it. (Fig. 36) (Fig. 37) Please note, if you are interrupted in receiving a shipment, ensure you are using the hold task function. If you complete the Purchase Order, only partially scanned, instead of holding the task, you will no longer have the function advising an item has already been counted (Fig. 33). For example, if you have counted 4 of the 6 items of item W6254X-004 on the purchase order and complete the order, when you re-open the purchase order and scan the item again, you will not be prompted that you have already received a portion of the item, as the purchase order receipt has been completed for that item from the previous complete. This leaves room for potential count and inventory errors. Settings The settings area (Fig. 38) is where the CBC Project Manager or CBC Support Team will be working to setup the Handheld Inventory device on your network. There is no need for any changes to be made to these fields (Fig. 39) without either the Project Manager or the CBC Support Team to ensure that the connections of your Handheld Inventory device and Decor Fusion remain unaffected. (Fig. 38) (Fig. 39) TSF Create In a multi store environment, there is a feature allowing you to transfer goods between your stores. This feature is the same feature found under the Daily Work menu on your workstations (Fig. 40). It is not available in the single store environment. If you are a single store, please disregard this section as well as TSF Pick and TSF Receive. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 13 of 29

o If Edit is selected (Fig. 64), update the order quantity (Fig. 65) and click OK (Fig. 66). o When quantity is accurate for the item you are picking, click Pick All (Fig. 67), and Yes Repeat steps above for all items to be picked at this time. (Fig. 63) (Fig. 64) (Fig. 65) (Fig. 66) (Fig. 67) (Fig. 68) Once all items have been picked, (Fig. 67) click on Complete, confirm that you have completed picking the transfer by clicking Yes (Fig. 68), and you will be prompted that the transfer picked successfully. Click Ok. TSF Receive The final step in the transfer process is receiving the items once they have arrived at their new locations. You process this using the TSF Receive function (Fig. 69). This will show both the order and received quantity, and you will be prompted to either agree by clicking Ok or disagree by clicking Disagree (Fig. 72). If you select Ok, the screen will revert back similar to that in Figure 71, however the item you have received is no longer on the Pending tab, it has been moved to the Received tab (Fig.73). If you select Disagree, the warning in Figure 74 is shown. Click Ok. Please note: The changes to the transfer have to be made by the original store that has sent the products, not the receiving store. Any needed changes should be processed before the transfer is completed. Repeat steps discussed above highlighting the items and received quantities until all items are received. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 20 of 29

(Fig. 75) (Fig. 76) (Fig. 77) (Fig. 78) (Fig.79) Once all items are received, the screen will display the Received tab (Fig. 75) allowing you to review all the transferred items received and all received quantities versus order quantities (scroll to the right on screen to see Fig. 76). Once you have verified the quantities, you can complete the transaction by clicking the Complete button (Fig. 77). Click on the Inventory menu and select Physical Inventory Wizard. Click the Set Up For New Physical button. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 21 of 29

Enter a Description, select your Store (if multiple), enter Physical Date, and select the Type of Count. Please note that both Cycle Count and Full Count will set the amount to 0 if an item is uncounted; spot Check will leave uncounted items at its current control value. Also, the difference between Cycle Count and Full Count is that the Cycle Count allows your count to be based upon criteria of Department, Class, Fine Line, Inventory Group or Vendor. You can proceed to close the Physical Inventory Wizard by clicking on the Red X in the top right hand corner. A pop up will appear asking if you would like to save the changes click Yes. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 22 of 29

Once the Physical is setup in Decor Fusion, you can proceed on your handheld inventory gun. Select Physical Inv (Fig. 80) from the second line of functions. Select the appropriate Physical Count from the menu (Fig. 81) by double clicking on the line or clicking on the line to select the count, then click OK at the bottom of the screen. If the newest Physical is not visible, please click Refresh to update the device to the latest changes. The Physical Count must be created in the main Decor Fusion program as noted above. The count entry window will appear. Any prior counted items will display in the lower half of the screen (Fig. 82) (Fig. 80) (Fig. 81) (Fig. 82) Scan the UPC or type in the item number of the product that you are counting. Next type in the quantity and press ENT key on the handheld device. You can also change a quantity previously entered by clicking on the Edit button (Fig. 82). When all counts are entered, click on Complete (Fig. 83) then Exit and Yes (Fig. 84). (Fig. 83) (Fig. 84) [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 23 of 29

If Alternate Units of Measure have been set up for an item, keep in mind that the quantity of this will be the conversion factor. For example, if an edger is set up as an Each and an Alternate Unit of Measure is set up as a Package (quantity of 50), the inventory on hand for the Packages will be the number of packages times 50. Thus, if you have 6 packages of 50, on hand would be 6 x 50 = 300 edgers. Back in the main Decor Fusion, the counted quantities will appear in Step 2 Import/Export Physical Quantities windows associated with the Physical Count that you were working on. You can access this by double click on you Physical Inventory in Decor Fusion that was setup previously. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 24 of 29

Once double clicked, the following will be visible. The Spreadsheet column will show the device number of the Mobile Computer (RF Gun) that was used to take the count. Once the data has been brought into the physical inventory wizard, you are able to click Next. In Step 3 Review and Update you will click the Review button to show two tabs in relation to the physical inventory count. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 25 of 29

First is the Variances tab it is defaulted to show all variances not equal to zero as seen in the bottom left hand corner. To include the zeros, please uncheck the variance. This will show you the variance from the original inventory count (System Quantity) versus the new quantity from your physical count (Physical Quantity). The variance is the amount changing on your inventory valuation item for item. The Total in the bottom right is your net effect of all variances. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 26 of 29

When showing the variances equal to zero, you will see a complete list of all scanned items. Notice now that item is included in the variance, but the System Quantity is equal to the Physical Quantity. This in turn shows the variance and variance amount totaling 0.00/$0.00. The Physical Value tab in turn shows you the number of products counted in the title as well as the total value of the inventory items counted and displayed in the current physical count. Once you have reviewed both the variances and the physical values, you must click Update for the new physical value counts to be injected into the system and the inventory history updated. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 27 of 29

If we look at item in inventory once the updates have completed the History will show as seen below: The entry above is showing the updated entry needed to reconcile the inventory to on hand amounts. Active Tasks When in the midst of a task using the Handheld Inventory gun it may be necessary to perform another task. You can select to Hold Task in many of the functions, allowing you to switch the function you are working on without losing your spot. Whenever the Hold Task button is selected, it is similar to bookmarking, where by the task is then saved to be recalled when you are ready to resume later. Once ready to resume a task, click on the Active Tasks feature in Figure 85. You will see a list of current active tasks on the Handheld Inventory Gun (Fig. 86). Double click on the task you would like to resume, and the device will bring you back to that task. (Fig. 85) (Fig. 86) [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 28 of 29

Exit To exit Décor Fusion on the Handheld Inventory Gun, please click Exit in Figure 87. It is possible the program will notify you of warnings before exiting the software as seen in Figure 88 any active tasks will be lost but the current user will remain logged in. Best practice would be to click No, go back into active tasks to ensure you will not be losing any work and then sign out of the device. Signing out is also best practice as security does differ from employee to employee; you want to ensure that you are not logged into a device you will not be using. If you click Yes, the device will log you out of the Decor Fusion Inventory App and return to you to the desktop of the Handheld Inventory Gun (Fig. 89). (Fig. 87) (Fig. 88) (Fig. 89) If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact the Support Department. [Publish Date] Decor Fusion Inventory Handheld Gun Usage Guide Page 29 of 29
