3 WILLOW & HALL magento website branding seo campaign As one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, Willow and Hall needed a new, responsive, ecommerce website that effectively communicated their brand values and offered a user-centric solution for purchasing complex products. Initially our brief was to simply make the existing website responsive however, following extensive discussions, we quickly discovered that the entire customer journey and purchase experience needed a major overhaul. The layouts and the user experience were designed from the ground up across the entire website and then rebuilt as a responsive design on a bespoke and heavily customised Magento platform. We optimised the product pages to enable the visitor to easily customise a sofa including a simple 4-step process to select from 100 s of fabric swatches. With a target market of people aged over 60, the front-end was specifically engineered to ensure that the user experience was simple and intuitive. b:web were given a very specific brief of our requirements and we are delighted to say that the end result exceeded our expectations. The vast amount of content created challenges in development, content migration and overall structure. The new website also needed to feature ticket purchasing, multimedia pages and event information including schedules, sponsors, timetables, lead generation and more. The redesigned website and content portal provided Engage Customer with an improved online experience for their B2B website visitors and potential clients. Content was refocused for both delegates and sponsors and the new designs provided a clean and more informative approach to the media section. Within the local business community, Burns is highly regarded and respected due to its exceptional customer service and professionalism. b:web were commissioned to create a new website due to our extensive experience in producing high quality, user friendly websites, and our in-depth and practical knowledge of SEO. 14 SILVER DEER b:web owned & run website design ecommerce development ongoing seo & marketing Silver Deer approached b:web in 2014 as a start-up online retailer selling their own range of stunning wedding stationery. Our brief was to create a modern and fresh designled ecommerce website that would showcase the beautiful products. The user experience would be simple enough for brides to be able to order samples but engaging enough to urge them to come back later in their customer journey. We quickly identified Magento as the most suitable solution for the ecommerce functionality and integrated this with a WordPress CMS for blog posts and for managing some of the brochure pages. A bespoke solution was developed to facilitate the free sample ordering. The previous website was starting to show its age, it wasn t responsive, had a complicated user experience and the back-office administration was difficult to use. b:web were commissioned to create a new website that would drum up interest in the charity, integrate with their social media and facilitate donations from supporters. We worked closely with Wildlife Aid to produce a website that would engage their audience and be as simple as possible to administer.
