4 What is Comedy Fundraising Comedy fundraising is when we help you raise funds by bringing top professional stand-up comedians (from top comedy clubs and TV shows) to perform 'LIVE' for you, at your venue. You sell the tickets to the show to raise big bucks! We're a mobile comedy club, so we bring all the sound & lighting and organise everything for you, so you don t need to. 5 Overview Secure your own professional 'LIVE' comedy show to perform at your venue & we'll do all the hard work for you. You basically just promote your show and sell the tickets to your event to raise lots of money. We do all the organising, so you can concentrate on making 'the money'. WHAT YOU GET We'll provide you with the entire show including; 3 top comedians from TV shows such as 'The Footy Show', 'The Comedy Channel', 'Good News Week', & even The Melbourne International Comedy Festival. We'll bring them to your venue to perform 'LIVE', we'll also bring the lights, sound, stage & probably some candles, plus we'll supply you with an array of free extra's (see our website) to help you promote your show and sell tickets. The free extra s include poster designs, an HTML template, the tickets & our powerful Fast-Track Worksheet that shows you how to delegate jobs to reduce the workload, while utilizing the marketing tools we provide. NOTE: We cannot insist enough that you use the marketing tips. Once you have sold all your tickets, turn up on the night, relax and laugh all the way to the bank, at your own 'LIVE' comedy fundraising night fundraising extravaganza. We have had a group of 3 people sell over 200 tickets to one of our comedy fundraising events and they raised over $7000, so surly you can beat that! Be excited it sells! BOOKING YOUR SHOW? After we have a chat to learn what you want to accomplish and we agree on a date, we ll send you the online booking form. Once you have booked your event we'll set it all up for you. You sell the tickets and turn up on the night & laugh all the way to the bank. NOTE? We'll be here for you anytime to offer advice and tips. 5

6 Selling Tickets You need to have a specific goal. People don t care how much you need to raise, they care about what their money will pay for. Whether it s new musical instruments, sports gear or a new playground. Your financial goal needs to be for something people can get passionate about or feel good about by supporting your cause. People like to help, but they are more inclined to help you if they can picture what their helping will achieve. What do you need fundraising for? We are passionate about what we do! We want you to raise a fortune, so ask us how we can help if you need more advice. Ticket Prices Ticket sale prices are negotiable, but we recommend $35. 6

7 The Profits Booking Fee: $ (Paid 8 weeks prior to your event date). Tickets are sold for $35 (Plus Booking Fee For Online Tickets) Sell 100 $35 = Profit $ Sell 200 $35 = Profit $ Sell 300 $35 = Profit $ Sell 400 tickets you get the picture Final Payment of $ is due 2 weeks after your tickets are posted to your organisation, or set up online. 8 Bar Extra s If you run your own bar, you can expect to earn an extra $10+ per person. If you run your event at one of our partner venues, you ll receive a discount on your booking fee, so that makes up for not keeping the bar profits - and it s less work. Something to think about. ESTIMATED BAR PROFITS IF YOU RUN YOUR OWN. $10 = $1000 $10 = $2000 $10 = $3000 Raffle Extra s We recommend selling raffle tickets at the door as the audience enters the venue; we advise that you keep selling the tickets all night. Draw the prize at the end at the same time you thank everyone for his or her valued support. It makes for a great end to the night. 8
