BRAZILIAN IRON ORE EXPORT PROJECT Page 7

Iron Ore Export Opportunity Option to purchase three contiguous parcels of shoreline covering approximately 857,575 square meters of land in Brazil Port will have initial operating throughput of 5 million tonnes per year increasing to 18 million tonnes per year The preliminary permit expected in one month and full construction permit expected in six months Seabulk Systems Inc. will design and develop the iron ore port facility Significant cash flow projections within 3 years and short payback period Currently reviewing potential iron ore projects in Brazil Page 8

The Iron Ore Source The Iron Quadrangle of Minas Gerais is a major source of world class iron deposits that can feed the strong demand for global steel production A lack of independent port facilities in the Province of Minas Gerais has forced the small to medium size iron producers to sell to the major producers who own port facilities The independent iron producer has a limited market and is under capitalized Page 9

Minas Gerais Infastructure The Quadrangle is served by the independently owned MRS Logistica railway with connections to the Atlantic Ocean west of Rio de Janeiro MRS has double tracked its southern rail system to expand its annual carrying capacity by an additional 100 million tons The MRS Railroad facilities are available for shipping independently owned iron ore at competitive freight rates and will accommodate self-owned rail cars MRS Logistica Railway passes through the northern edge of property Page 10

Strategic Relationship Seabulk Credentials: Seabulk Systems was awarded the Governor General award for engineering excellence for the SST at Indonesia Frankfurt: Terminals Seaport facility for loading lead/zinc at Red Dog mine, Alaska Ore import terminal, Coos Bay, Oregon Coal export terminal, Campbell River, B.C. 12 Lac Otelnuk Fe

Labrador Trough Hosts the majority of Canada's iron production Potential for 3-4 billion tonnes of Iron Ore: 25% magnetite One of Canada s largest undeveloped Iron Deposits Drill program commenced August 2007 to define NI resource Deposit is flat lying and exposed at surface Page 13

Historic Resource Estimates NORTH ZONE Property Outline 623,600,000 Tonnes 33.92% Soluble Iron 25.08% Magnetic Iron N North Zone SOUTH ZONE 56oN 1,145,000,000 Tonnes 33.06% Soluble Iron 25.76% Magnetic Iron These historic resource estimates and test result were prepared prior to the implementation of NI These estimates should not be relied upon for any assessment of the merit of the property. 15 Labrador Trough - Infrastructure Proposed roads/pipelines to Kuujjuaq & Electrical Plants Proposed Sites for future HydroElectric Plants Caniapiscau 200MW Plant (to be commissioned) Brisay 469MW Plant (operational) Page 15

Mustavaara Mine Fe-V-Ti

Mustavaara, Finland Mustavaara Mine Site NI compliant resource of 30 million tons grading 16.8% magnetite with a 0.91% vanadium; potential to increase to over 150 million tonne Past producer - at one time accounted for 10% of global supply of Vanadium Extensive infrastructure in place Significant European demand for Vanadium for steel production Open Pit Plant Facilities (removed) Tailings Pond Page 17

Mustavaara - Moving Forward Behr Dolbear scoping study expected in Fall 2007 Potential to achieve production / cashflow within 2-3 years Page 18

MIE Ni Cu PGE

MIE Ni-Cu-PGE Project, Nunavut World Class Ni-Cu and PGE deposits are hosted in this geological environment: Bushveld and Noril'sk mining camps Drill results received June 2007 identified 14 meters of sulphide mineralization grading 0.34% Ni, 0.88% Cu, 1.15 g/t Pd, 0.12 g/t Pt, 0.10 g/t Au within a 65 meter thick magmatic unit Expanded drill program to define mineralization assays pending Assays noted above Holes #3 & #4 Recently completed awaiting assays Page 20
