2 Acceorie Releaing Compound Releaing Compound SKC C 15 Releaing Compound The releaing compound SKC 15 i a diperion of waxe in a mixture of olvent. Thi releaing compound can be ued for mot of the cae of application. Applied with a rag or a bruh and re-polihed with a oft cloth after drying, thi releaing compound i generating a highly-effective releaing film dimenionally not determinable. SKC 14 Silicon Releaing Com- pound The ilicon releaing compound SKC 14 i ued for all forming-toize job. In particular, for the moulding of arbor or component with an overall coating, the lubrication effect of the releaing film allow a imple removal of the coated component. However, care ha to be taken in the proximity of component which have be to lacquered later on, a removal of the ilicon releaing compound i difficult and reidue trongly affect the ability of lacquering. SKC 13 W Releae Wax The releae wax SKC 13 W i ued to obtain releaing film thicker than thoe which can be obtained with other releaing compound of the erie SKC 15 and SKC 14. A SKC 15, it i applied with a cloth. The releae wax enable cloing of even mall pore in the urface to be formed. For high-preciion forming to ize, however, thi releae wax cannot be recommended. But it can be ued for forming job from very rough counter urface. SKC C 12 TRS Releae Spray The releaing compound SKC 15 can alo be obtained a a pray. The main field of application are complex component to be formed to ize, having inacceible point which can be reached much more eaily by applying a pray. SKC 14 TRS Releae Spray The ilicon releaing compound SKC 14 can alo be obtained a a pray. Application The counter guideway and the urface to be formed are to be cleaned carefully. With a rag or a bruh, the releaing compound i applied or prayed on (SKC 12 TRS and SKC 14 TRS). Following, the urface are re-polihed with a oft cloth. Before coating, all area where compound may ecape during the moulding proce and ha to be removed after hardening, have alo to be treated with a releaing compound. When uing the releae pray, abolute care ha to be taken that - when applying the releaing compound - all the component to be coated are carefully covered, thu being protected from praying mit. Determination of the quantity (guide value): For the application of about 10 kg of SKC-compound about 1 kg of the releaing compound i required. Important If the releaing compound are repeatedly applied on the ame component (forming-to-ize template or mater), they all tend to build up hard layer. Thee layer can be removed by applying uitable olvent or iliconremoving compound. E

Applying an adheive pray, the hape of the lubrication groove are glued on the counter guideway, preed-on well and then treated with a releaing compound. l After removal of the coated component, the lubrication groove can be looened eaily from the lideway coating by mean of a pointed tool. When adheing the lubrication groove, care ha to be taken that they lay tightly on the urface, preventing any infiltration of lideway compound. Cut the grid of lubrication groove to the ize required (with a pair of cior or a knife). For thi, note the following: All the channel hould be open at the edge of the guide. Applying an adheive pray on the urface of the counter guideway which ha been marked before and been treated with a releaing compound, following the guideline of application, the grid of the lubrication groove ha to be glued on and to be preed on tightly with a rubber- or a foam platic roller. 3. The grid ha already been pretreated with SKC releaing compound. Polih the layer of releaing agent with a hort britle bruh. 4. During craping, the grid remain in the layer, a! the layer - not interrupted by groove - can be craped without any problem. 5. After moulding lift the grid with a pointed tool and remove carefully.
