1 Materials Pricing Report 12 October 212 Market overview Recovered OCC and mixed paper grade prices increased, supported by indications of renewed Chinese purchasing following the recent Golden Week holiday. Clear PET bottle and LDPE film prices fell by 15-2 per tonne on reports of weak demand for end product. Ferrous scrap metal markets are unchanged but the weak European export market is likely to continue to impact prices. Non-ferrous scrap metal prices were generally unchanged except for lead battery prices, which rose to their highest level since April. full price listings pages 2-3 materials sectors start page 4 Sign up for WRAP prices by For more information on how to receive the report free of charge direct to your inbox, visit Subscribers must be willing to provide regular pricing information, which will be treated in the strictest of confidence and used on an unattributed basis. 1
