3 page 3 f 7 1. INTRODUCTION By rder f Zingametall bvba in Eke, Belgium, The Centrum vr Onderzek en Technisch Advies (COT BV) has tested the system Zinga 2 X 60 ~m accrding t Nrsk M-501, Rev. 5. The rder has been given in the letter dated with reference Testen/Algemeen/COT/2/1-SD. 2. GENERAL DATA Samples Batch number COT sample number Test panels, applied with the system: Zinga, 2x 60 ~m /667 test panels, size 150 x 75 x 5 mm 150 x 300 x 5 mm Wet prduct: Alufer N 66485/ /274 COT prject number PAINT APPLICATION AND CURING The cating system was applied n the test panels by Zingametall bvba. Dry film thickness: Zinga: 2x 60 ~m After curing the dry film thickness f the paint system has been measured n each panel, after which the tests have been started.

4 eot rep page 4 f 7 4. PERFORMANCE TESTS 4.1 Seawater immersin The fully cured cating system has been mechanically scribed hrizntal dwn t bare metal. The scratch line is 2 mm wide and 50 mm lng. The system has been immersed in synthetic seawater (accrding t ISO 15711) at 40 C during 4200 hurs accrding t ISO Cyclic test The fully cured cating system has been mechanically scribed hrizntal dwn t bare metal. The scratch line is 2 mm wide and 50 mm lng. The system has been expsed t the fllwing cycle accrding t ISO Annex A: 72 hurs UV-A 340 nm weathermeter in accrdance with ISO methd A (4 hurs UVlight at 60 C / 4 hurs cndensatin at 50 C) 72 hurs Salt Spray Test, accrding t ISO 7253 with synthetic seawater in accrdance with ASTM hurs Expsure t lw temperature (-20 C). The ttal expsure time is 4200 hurs. 4.3 Cathdic disbnding Cathdic disbnding has been determined accrding t ISO (ISO 15711). After 6 mnths expsure time the maximum disbnding is measured. 4.4 Adhesin test The adhesin befre and after the cyclic test has been determined by a pneumatic adhesin tester in accrdance with ISO The cating surface and the dlly have been sanded lightly and a epxy adhesive has been applied. After curing f the adhesive and prir t testing, the cating has been scratched arund the dlly dwn t the bare metal. Three trials have been dne and the average value has been reprted. 4.5 Overcatable withut mechanical treatment After 4200 hurs f cyclic testing the system has been cated with Alufer N withut mechanical treatment. After 7 days the adhesin has been determined accrding t ISO 4624.
