6 DIA BRIGHT #806 Aluminum Special Semi-gloss Chemical Polishing Liquid DIA BRIGHT # Aluminum Special Chemical-Polishing Abrasive was developed by strong demand of the aluminum surface treatment industry and it does not require any additional nitric acid (HNO3). This is an innovative semi-polishing abrasive liquid that completely solves environmental pollution in workplace caused by gas and the processing liquid does not require special management technique. 7 DIA BRIGHT N2 Chemical polishing liquid for aluminum and aluminum alloy DIA BRIGHT N2 is high-gloss phosphoric acid nitrate-based chemical polishing agent. It is effective for chemical polishing of all aluminum alloys other than pure aluminum silicon alloy. 2. The liquid management is extremely simple. Just add a small amount of nitric acid to undiluted solution. 3. Its long shelf life provides an economic advantage. The allowable amount of dissolved aluminum is large and thus, its shelf life is long and economical. 4. Provides an economic advantage as there is little liquid attached to abrasive surfaces. 8 Dia SD C,D Sand blast forming chemical treatment agent With DIA SD liquid, shapes obtainable from costly mechanical process (sand blast) can be achieved by a simple chemical immersion process. A chemical treatment followed by a sand blast treatment can remove roller dice marks on the surface and small grooves and achieve glossy surfaces. The advantage is that the mechanical and chemical polishing processes can be carried out at the same time, shortening the process and enabling anodizing lines and a coherent working system. 2. 9 Anodic rinse treatment The film liquid neutralizer is a dyeing pretreatment agent. It prevents dyeing defects caused by the acid emitted from fine grooves or thread grooves of anodized products, thereby improving the leveling of colored dyes. 1. Prevents staining or star-shaped stain on the blind holes or fine grooves. 2. Prevents stains and poor dyeing caused by inadequate washing. 3. Improves the leveling. 4. Reduces color fluctuation when dyeing. 5. Significantly improves the stainability of alloying agents otherwise difficult to dye uniformly. 10 DIA SR 100 DIA SIR 100 is a pre-treatment agent carried out prior to nickel high-temperature sealing. The agent is used for the purpose of improving corrosion resistance (alkali resistance, salt water resistance) of aluminum anodized products. 1. Improves the sealing quality of anodized films as well as corrosion resistance, and facilitates weather resistance tests. 2. No staining of colored products. 3. 11 DIA PAT (Post-Anodic Treatment) Post-treatment Agent of Nickel-type Sealing DIA-PAT removes nickel hydroxide films generated during the sealing process of aluminum anodic oxidation coating and nickel acetate-based sealing bath. It is also a post-treatment product that prevents anodic oxidation surface nickel detection by immobilizing as a special chelating component. 1. Nickel-type acetate chemical prevents elution of nickel components caused by nickel hydrate after sealing. 2. The product is safety to use as it does not affect anodized films. 3. Prevents device anomalies caused by particle dropout from the inner surface of anodized precision electronic equipment. 4. With the immersion process, it is possible to easily process products that are mechanically impossible, e.g. uneven surfaces and inner sheets. 5. 12 DIA pre-seal A sealing pretreatment agent that strongly inhibits discoloration when high temperature sealing is performed by Dia Pre-Seal prior to high-temperature sealing process resulting in discoloration caused by discharge of sulfate in the coating with dye during boiling water sealing treatment following water-based dye discoloration as one of the Aluminum anodizing coating processes. It corresponds to the RoHS instruction and environment, and does not contain nickel and the four heavy metals (lead, mercury, chromium, and cadmium). 1. Powerful suppressing of discoloration of dyeing material during boiling water sealing treatment. 2. Non-nickel is free from the hazard of nickel. 3. The lifetime of the liquid is longer and economical and it inhibits the aging process due to impurities. 4. No additional heating costs required as the operation is performed at room temperature. DIA SEAL 100WL Nickel-free sealing agent It is a special sealing agent that exerts an excellent prevention effect against dusting, blurriness and iridescence caused by boiling water sealing treatment of aluminum anodized film.
