7 FORMING Powerful forming systems hydraulic presses with a forming pressure of 200 1,000 tons, fluid cell presses with max. 1,400 bar and a hydro-forming press with a pressure of up to 8,000 tons we bring various and complex parts and components into precice shape: e.g. heat shields, vanes, rings, tube segments, ventilating segments, mixers and much more. MACHINING Fast, precise and powerful, we process components, milling parts and toolings. Whether this is 3-axis and 5-axis milling and turning even large components up to 8,000 mm Diameter or the 6-axis grinding. The mechanical processing ensures the most precise component contours. If necessary, we also check those in process by means of CMM directly next to the machines.
