Te olders of te drilling system also possess a very ig wear resistance. Tis is based on te optimised older material wit nickel plated surface as well as incremental older sizes in steps of 0.5 up to diameter and in steps of 1.0 above diameter Tis leads to less wear on te older body. Optimised cip flow Tanks to teir flute cross section te olders of te drilling system ensure optimal cip evacuation from te ole even wit larger drilling depts. Perfect cooling lubrication A perfect cooling lubrication is ensured by coolant ducts wit maximum cross section, exiting in te flute. Tereby enabling an optimal cooling lubrication of te cutting edges and additionally support te cip evacuation from te ole. D Higly accurate and rigid insert seat Te accurate insert seat enables te insert cange in te macine in only a few, simple steps wit a standard Torx screw driver. Tanks to te optimised material for te olders of te drilling system, te insert can be canged more frequently tan wit conventional systems before te older needs to be replaced due to wear of te insert seat. For interrupted cutting (max. 0.2 x D) it is recoended to reduce te feed rate wenever possible. in contrast to conventional indexable inserts, HT 800 tools are also suitable for te drilling of stacked seets. on a late (stationary tool) it must be ensured tat te tool is accurately centred. pre-condition for optimal macining results is a sufficient cooling lubricant supply wit soluble or neat oil. te tool is only of limited suitability for dry macining or MQL.
