Claim verification - level 2 CPSD-GB All Examine the retail packaging (or submitted artwork). Record each objective (factual) claim which can be substantiated by the testing within the protocols and rate accordingly. ANALYTICAL *Total lead content in surface coatings AOAC (modified) / CPSD-AN Record testing that extend beyond existing net quantity / dimensional testing on this protocol. Record all other objective (factual) and subjective (opinion) claims as NT and rate as DATA. Record information evaluated between the graphic imagery and the product. Record disclaimers on datasheet. 1 All accessible surface coatings in the as received state on items outside of the scope of 16 CFR 1303 shall not contain lead or lead components in which the lead content is in excess of 0.009% (90ppm) of the weight of the total content. Report actual results or include data table within report. Component testing is allowed. Compositing up to 3 like materials is allowed. * Heavy metal in packaging-doc Model Toxics in Packaging Legislation of the Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse (TPCH) / CPSD-GB FLAMMABILITY Solids - Flammability 16 CFR (c)(6)(vi) / 16 CFR Client Requirement 1 The sum of concentration levels of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in packaging or packaging components shall not exceed 100 mg/kg (100 ppm) by weight. In lieu of testing, test report can be submitted if dated within One year. 1 Shall not exceed the maximum allowable limit of no greater than 0.1 inches per second. Page 2 of 9

Shall have no components missing, malformed, and / or fractured. Shall function as intended as received. Testing is limited to verification of basic function. Only function failures will be reported. NT rating shall be given to product that cannot be tested due to testing cannot be replicated in laboratory conditions. 1 [Applicable to samples / sample components constructed of metal or samples with metallic coatings that can be exposed to the environment] Shall withstand 24 hours in 1% salt spray (fog) with no noticeable oxidation / corrosion / visual changes. Modification = 1% salt spray (fog). Page 3 of 9

Attachment strength CPSD-HL Functional: 15 lb for 10 seconds minimum Non-Functional: 8 lb for 10 seconds minimum Sequins, beads, bugles & rhinestones: 4 lb for 10 seconds minimum Note: tested by force gauge Tilt resistance Cycle test Humidity exposure Effects of extreme temperature change CPSD-HL CPSD-HL CPSD-HL * Ease of assembly CPSD-HL Operates safely Handle strength - loaded Pockets loading strength Loading capacity CPSD-HL Shall not tip over at 8 degree incline plane in the direction of least stability. 1 All movable parts shall have no damage after 100 cycles 1 Should withstand 24 hours at 100 F and 95%RH with no visual change hours at 0 F and 120 F - No failure. The sample shall not have any structural failure and visual changes such as cracks, fractures or significant aesthetic changes. 1 Shall be easy to follow with assembly, use, maintenance, and safety information as required with no errors or spelling mistakes. 1 5 cycles of use. Test fails if any part of operation is unsafe. 1 Shall not exhibit permanent structural deformation and or loosening of handle when lifted for 1 minute after being loaded with test load of lb/in³ (470 kg/m³) or load of 1 lb/in (as appropriate). 1 Shall withstand distributed loading of 25kg/m for 60 minutes. 1 No failure - Apply 1.5 times claimed load for the intended use or 50 lb per ft² of load area for one minute. Page 4 of 9

Distributed load capacity CPSD-HL (Mod) 1 No loss of serviceability when the sample s primary use surface and extendable surfaces are subjected to a distributed load as calculated per sample s primary use surface for 60 minutes. > 4 sq. ft. = 40 lb / sq. ft. < 4 sq. ft. = 30 lb / sq. ft. Hooks or peg loading 1 Shall withstand 10 lb loading for 1 minute with no failure. Test each one separately. Drop test CPSD-HL Leak resistance * Coating adhesion test ASTM D (Mod) / CPSD-HL Shall withstand 3 drops from 36 in to vinyl covered concrete without damage to product. 1 Shall be no leakage or seepage when filled with water up to 8 hours. 1 Plating / finish must stay affixed. Minimum class 3 Cut the sample using hatch-cut or X-cut method based on thickness. Apply 1 in permacel tape to grid and evaluate if plating/ finish is intact. Modification: Expand scope to include testing on curved surface and all kind of base materials. Mounting hardware 1 Shall withstand force (2 x product weight) in actual use condition. Tensile strength - seam ASTM D (mod) 1 Report average of tensile strength in lb/in. Modification: Test at seam Tensile strength at break ASTM D Report average of tensile strength in lbs/in for normal and parallel direction. Page 5 of 9

Surface scratching CPSD-HL Slide the sample 6 in. (± 1/4 in) forward, in the most unfavorable orientation to make the worst effect, at a rate of approximately 1 in/s and then repeat in reverse direction. Apply force as close to the base of the sample as possible to maintain contact between the sample base and the test surface during sliding. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles over the same area. 1 cycle include a 6 inch forward and backward movement. Shall not have scratching or gouging. Cleanability 1 Demonstrates good resistance to common household cleaners with no evidence of color loss or material degradation when exposed to one hour spot test. Stackability Protective caps on legs Cap removal strength - end of furniture legs Magnetic mounting Tip-over test CPSD-HL Shall be able to stack as per intended without tip over. Note: Stack 3 samples if not claimed. 1 Shall be non - marring 1 Shall not separate. Minimum holding force of 2.0 lb. 1 Shall not exhibit loosening or slipping when applied to metallic surface as per intended for 3 days after being loaded with 2 times the volume capacity weight. 1 No damage, loosening or malfunction of product and its components when product is tipped over onto vinyl clad concrete floor surface.
