2 2 Hinged Stainless Steel Chiller Doors SINGLE AND DOUBLE LEAF OPTIONS GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS Chiller doors are dedicated for cold rooms with temperatures ranging from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius ( C). Our chiller doors can be made solely from stainless steel and zinc coated or painted galvanized steel; and can also be produced with stainless steel frame and galvanized door leaf upon request. Ulti Group can provide a wide range of frame constructions dedicated to different wall types and installation conditions. Each door we provide is ergonomically designed to ensure durability and comfort. DOOR LEAF The door leaf is made of stainless steel (0.8mm) or zinc coated galvanized steel (0.75mm). The standard thickness of a door panel is 60mm or 80mm (inside-frame construction) but it can be customized according to requirements. The leaf can be manufactured to be on-frame or half-frame, the latter being where some of the door leaf sits inside the frame when closed. Stainless steel door leafs are always 100% corner welded. We ensure best quality and hygienic standard. All inside construction elements are also made from stainless steel. SEALING Regardless of the door design, each chiller door is equipped with special double component gasket installed in special plastic profile. This eliminates the thermal bridge of the door leaf and guarantees tightness.

3 SPECIALIST ACCESSWAY SOLUTIONS 3 Frames We have a comprehensive range of frame types that can fit all walls and wall constructions in food processing plants. Each frame has special stainless steel straightening elements prepared for difficult work conditions. Our recommended cost effective solution is a very strong angle frame or the 'one side frame'. When necessary, we can provide block frames and pressed polyurethane foam as filler inside the door.
