1 Hard-facing Material The Hard-facing Materials Cover: Cast Tungsten Carbide (Ordinary and Spherical), Cemented Carbide Pellet (YQ), Spray Welding Powder (Ordinary and Spherical), Single-crystal WC Powder (YJ alloyed Powder). Scope of Application For built-up welding, spray coating, etc.; Protection and refurbishing of rolls, wear-resistant parts, heat-resistant parts and corrosion-resistant parts in metallurgical equipments; Protection and refurbishing of crusher in mining industry; Hot spray coating and built-up welding of cement grinding roll and glass conveying roll in the construction industry; Protection and refurbishing of mechanical grinding roll, ventilator blade and blade in steam power plant; Hot spray coating of tube wall in high pressure boiler; Build-up welding (refurbishing) of forging dies; Build-up welding of squeezing roll and hammering head in food, oil and fodder processing equipment; Protection of shaft valve, sealing parts and engineering mechanics in petrochemical industry; Can be the substrate or surface built-up welding material for making oil prospecting tool such as drilling bits and drill-cutting tools. Characteristics A kind of hot process composite material for surface refurbishing and making, capable to provide comprehensive coatings to enhance the wear resistance, thermal resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance of part surface and special coatings of sealing, insulation and super-conduction.

2 Cast Tungsten Carbide (YZF) Binary eutectic tungsten carbide (WC.W 2 C). Particle size distribution: ranged from 20 microns to 8 mm, powder of single or mixed particle size are available. Mainly used for oil exploiting drill bit, PCD drill and other melt-penetration products. Also for hard-facing of steel-tooth drill bit, food / vegetable oil machinery and motor. 3 Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide ( YZDF ) Spherical WC.W2C eutectic particles prepared by atomization at ultra-high temperature or other spheroidizing method. Particle size distribution: ranged from 20 microns to 250 microns, powder of single or mixed particle size are available. The particles are regularly spherical. The microstructure is homogeneous, dense and dendritic structure. Mainly used for petroleum drill bit, PCD drilling tools, melting and penetrating, Spray coating and built-up welding on wear surface. 4 Single-crystal WC Powder ( YJ Alloyed Powder ) Fully carbonized and dense alloyed powder. Carefully chosen material, special process to guarantee the preferable growth of grains. Compared with the conventional tungsten carbide, YJ has more uniform structure, better thermal stability and coarser WC grains. Particle size: ranged from 20 microns to 5 mm (American Standard ). Single-crystal WC Powder is widely used as shard-surfacing material in diamond built-up welding on matrix body and PCD drill pipe coating. The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface of the machined parts can be substantially improved. 6 Cemented Carbide Spray Welding Powder (YF) As-sintered cemented carbide powder produced by powder metallurgy process. Wear resistant, corrosion resistant and resistant to high temperature. Suitable for case hardening, surface protection and surface repairing of various steels. Widely used in the fields of aerospace, navigation, automobile, petroleum, chemistry and mining and for the equipments such as supersonic spray coating, plasma spray coating, explosive spray coating. Products cover WC-Co based alloyed powder, WC-Ni based alloyed powder and Cr 3 C 2 based spray welding powder manufactured by the way of sintering and crushing. Particle size: ranged from 5 microns to 850 microns (American Standard ). 8 Filled Tube Rods and Coils These products are applied to hardface coating to protect against maximum abrasion resistance or provide cutting ability. The rods are filled with sized particles of cast carbide (WC/W2C) normally with a by weight proportion of 60% fill and 40% mild steel tube. These products are available in both bare rod for oxy-acetylene application or coated electric rod for electric arc application, AC or DC.
