2 Since 1978, Sinterite designs, manufactures and services continuous belt conveyor furnaces and pusher furnaces for sintering, brazing, annealing, steam treating and drying. Our industrial furnace line is available in a variety of atmospheres and temperature capabilities. We serve a wide range of industries, including powder metal sintering, automotive, industrial, consumer products, tooling and transportation. CONTINUOUS BELT FURNCES Sinterite Continuous Belt Furnaces, also known as Conveyor Belt Furnaces, are custom-designed to your particular specifications and application. The number of controlled heating and cooling zones, length of control zones, cooling zones, belt width, control cabinets, and type of atmosphere control system can all be customized to meet your exact processing needs. PUSHER FURNCES Sinterite Pusher Furnaces are designed for high temperature sintering from F. These furnaces have the unique advantage of built-in time, temperature, and atmosphere integrity that enables precise sintering control. HYPER COOLER Sinterite also offers the exclusively manufactured HyperCooler. Based on proprietary impinging jet array technology, this sinterhardening system improves variable cooling adjustment and atmosphere stability. In addition to being available on new furnaces, Sinterite s HyperCooler is designed so that it can also be installed as an engineered retrofit on existing belt furnaces. CUSTOM FBRICTIONS Sinterite is a leading manufacturer of fabricated alloy and mild steel products. Sinterite provides a wide range of fabrication capabilities that can be customized to meet each customer s unique needs and applications. Sinterite 310 State Street, St. Marys, P

3 Founded in 1905, C.I. Hayes has been designing furnaces for 100+ years. Our extensive experience and knowledge allows us to develop innovative solutions to solve our customer s challenges. C.I. Hayes offers a diverse line of vacuum and atmosphere furnaces. Batch, as well as modular in-line approaches, are engineered to suit processes including hardening, annealing, carburizing, sintering, brazing, and tempering. CONTINUOUS CUUM FURNCES C.I. Hayes Continuous acuum Furnaces are offered for IN-LINE processes. These furnaces include independent heating and quenching chambers, and they are highly productive whereby the heat chamber stays hot and under vacuum only the workload is quenched. SINGLE CHMBER CUUM FURNCES C.I. Hayes Single Chamber acuum Furnaces are offered for heat treating, brazing and sintering processes. Graphite and metallic interiors are available, as well as subatmospheric cooling to 10 BR quenching. SMLL BTCH CUUM FURNCES The C.I. Hayes Small Batch acuum Furnace is ideal for light production, tool room, research and development applications. This furnace offers great flexibility, having the ability to heat treat low, medium and high carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels and stainless steel materials. Processes performed in this furnace are many, including annealing, brazing, carburizing, carbonitriding and hardening. CUUM TEMPER FURNCES The C.I. Hayes acuum Temper Furnace is a vacuum purge inert atmosphere furnace that is designed to provide excellent temperature uniformity, rapid heating and rapid cooling performance in a single chamber design. This furnace can process a wide range of materials In single or multiple step programmable cycles. CONEYOR BELT FURNCES With their distinct inclined design, C.I. Hayes Humpback Conveyor Belt Furnaces are used in applications that require extremely low dewpoints. They are both economical and highly efficient. In the same family of furnaces, C.I. Hayes also offers the Solitaire Conveyor Belt Furnace to accommodate brazing, soldering and annealing of small pieces, such as valve assemblies and jewelry. HIGH TEMP PUSHER FURNCES C.I. Hayes Pusher Furnaces, with temperature potential to 3000 F, are offered either as a manual indexing development furnace or a highly productive automated system with multiple control zones and return conveyance system.
