Kenco edges have Tungsten Carbide (TC) truly impregnated at least 1/4 deep into the parent metal. With Kenco s unique impregnation process, TC becomes a part of the actual steel. 3 Kenco Improves Your Material Handling Operations Cutting Edges and Moldboards Manufactured to match OEM bolt patterns for direct replacement, Kenco offers a wide variety of single-edge (non-reversible) or double-edge (reversible) configurations. Single-edge and doubleedge blade sets include a wide deposit of TC on leading edges for primary wear and narrow deposits of TC for protecting bolt holes from washout. Kenco has an almost unlimited ability to customize TC patterns to match specific applications including bevel passes, edge passes and custom pass widths. Single-Edge Double-Edge Unlimited number of Tungsten Carbide patterns are available Half-Arrow Cutting Edge Kenco now offers TC impregnated Half-Arrow style cutting edges and segments. The Half-Arrow design helps protect the moldboard from wear, while continuing to ensure maximum wearlife. Heavy Duty Moldboard Kenco bucket moldboards are made from high-strength structural steel to give your bucket maximum strength. As an option, TC can be impregnated into the bevel to reduce moldboard wear even further. Kenco moldboards can be built to OEM bolt hole specifications or custom designed to meet customer needs. Available in 3 styles to match your application from light to extreme duty. Bolt-on OEM style TC corner protector can also be adapted to other loaders Nut Shields Kenco s long lasting, wear resistant nut shields protect nuts from abrasion, prevent them from loosening and aid in bucket cleaning. They are easy to install and come in all standard sizes. 5 Protect Your Bucket With A Full Arsenal Of Accessories Tungsten Carbide Impregnated Moldboard Bevel Protection One of the quickest ways to destroy the structural integrity of a good bucket is to not protect the moldboard bevel against wear. This damaging wear often appears as a scallop-like pattern. To prevent this from occurring, Kenco offers several options: Tungsten carbide moldboard bevel strips can be welded across the full length and width of the bevel, giving you superior bucket life. Modular Bucket Liners and Moldboard Protector Kenco s unique modular bucket liner: Installs quickly in as little as 4 hours with only plug welding Choose a thickness up to 1/2 and hardness up to 500 BHN Won t retain excess material-- no contamination of material piles Kenco fabricated moldboard caps cover 100% of the moldboard top with AR steel and 100% of the bevel with Tungsten Carbide. The assembly is conveniently held in place with cutting edge bolts. Side Wall Wear Plates and TCI Wear Strips Protect against the scalloping type of wear on your bucket vertical walls using Kenco tungsten carbide impregnated Wear Strips. They provide ten times the protection of hardfacing and are available in unlimited sizes. These Wear Strips are easily welded in place.
