DOUBLE STANDING SEAM

DOUBLE STANDING SEAM Architectural Panel Systems Double Standing Seam is an internationally recognised profile for modern solutions when it comes to specifying metal roofing & facades. Known in the technical literature since 1899, Double Standing Seam is a classical type of longitudinal joint system which has been used in European design for many of years. With customised flat panels and a defined Standing Seam forming a weather tight joint, the final look of the Double Standing Seam is the designer s choice. With varied panel widths, rib heights and variations in the Double Standing Seam s detail, the modern seam design of the panel brings traditional European Architecture to today s industry. TWO

Pre-Weathered Titanium Zinc Titanium Zinc Titanium Zinc, commonly known as VMZINC is developed for high quality architectural cladding of roofs & facades. Titanium Zinc combines high grade zinc with a 99.95% degree of purity and alloying additives of copper and titanium. Titanium Zinc adds character and elegance to any building. Its potential lifespan exceeds 100 years and is suitable for use in coastal atmospheres exposed to salt water. It is available in Pre-Weathered, Mill & Graphite finishes. Pre-Weathered finishes are available in shades of Blue, Red, Green, Quartz & Anthra. Through weathering, Titanium Zinc develops a natural blue-grey, green-grey colouring. This self-healing patina makes Titanium Zinc extremely durable, corrosion resistant and low maintenance. Additionally, Titanium Zinc allows intricate detailing to be produced, making it eminently suitable for projects ranging from restoration to high-tech futuristic designs. THREE

Copper KME Copper is a natural, non-ferrous product, both versatile & attractive. Through ageing, KME Copper attains its own distinctive characteristics, which complement commercial, industrial & residential projects alike. KME Copper is ideally suited to metal roofing & facade applications and is available in TECU Classic (mill finish), TECU Oxide (brown finish), TECU Copper Gold (gold finish) and TECU Patina (green finish). It has extremely long life expectancy and is maintenance free. Aluminium Alcan Falzonal Aluminium is another multi-metal solution offered by ArchiPanel, with a durable PVDF coating, allows for the use of indirect fixing methods. This newly developed material is unique compared to other Aluminium products as it is specifically designed for traditional Double Standing Seam applications. Aluminium provides the strength of steel, at approximately 1/3 the weight, making it an ideal choice for large areas where weight may be a factor in the projects design. It has a high quality surface with outstanding conformity of colour, suitable for extreme climate zones and is resistant to UV light & chalking. This material is cost effective and available in a wide variety of colours. Classic Alcon Oxide Patina FOUR

Stainless Steel Stainless Steel s resistance to corrosion and staining, low maintenance and familiar lustre make it an ideal material for any application. Stainless Steel offers many different surface finishes to suit the environment the alloy must endure, with Grade 404GP and Grade 445M2 being the 2 most effective solutions for metal roofing and facades, due to the dull clean finish which provides a neater look on visible projects, specifically facades and metal roofing. Grade 404GP Where both the properties of steel and resistance to corrosion are required, this finish is suitable for all forms of standard application. Grade 445M2 Where increased resistance to atmospheric conditions involving chemicals and salt water is required, 445M2 is the ideal choice. These are premium state of the art, modern grades of Stainless Steel which are easier to cut, fold and bend than the original 304 and 316 grades. It provides cleaner edges and bends, which results in flatter panels and a neater finish. Stainless Steel 445M2 FIVE
