1 G-Energy Antifreeze SNF Silicate Nitrite Free Product description G-Energy Antifreeze SNF coolant concentrate is used to prepare the working coolants with specified temperature of the freeze point by diluting it with water. The concentrate is not used as working coolant. Finished (diluted) coolant is designed for use in the cooling systems of internal combustion engines. It is produced according to Company Standard G-Energy Antifreeze SNF is an ethylene glycol-based coolant free of nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates and silicates. It protects the cooling system and engine of the car against frost, boiling, corrosion, and cavitation. Advantages G-Energy Antifreeze SNF provides the following advantages to organizations operating cars, private car owners, designers of engines: Prolonged service life due to a synergistic composition of the set of additives Improved heat transfer the optimal operating temperature of the engine Reduction of repair the thermostat, radiator and water pump Reliability stable, minimally consumable corrosion inhibitor Stability in hard water no silicates and phosphates Time and cost saving the coolant does not require additional maintenance during operation Convenience for mixed car fleets one coolant for cars and trucks Environmentally acceptable the use of salts of carboxylic acids in the set of additives has no impact on the environment when disposing. The set of additives G-Energy Antifreeze SNF is based on advanced technology. It is a synergistic combination of mono- and dicarboxylic acids, provides long-term rust protection of all metals of the engine, including aluminum and ferrous alloys. Numerous running tests confirmed that the efficient protection of the cooling system and engine is ensured by run of at least km (8 000 running hours) in trucks and buses, km (2 000 running hours) in cars, running hours (6 years of operation) in stationary engines. In motor vehicles replacement of coolant is recommended after five years of operation or after a specified mileage, whichever is earlier. Application G-Energy Antifreeze SNF provides long-term engine protection against frost and corrosion, it can be used with confidence in engines manufactured of cast iron, aluminum, and in the cooling systems manufactured of aluminum or copper alloys. In particular, it is recommended for technically sophisticated modern engines, where the protection of aluminum at high temperatures is important.

2 Compatibility and miscibility G-Energy Antifreeze SNF is compatible with majority of other ethylene glycol-based coolants. However, for optimum corrosion control and sludge formation, mixing of different products is not recommended. Before filling into the cooling system of a car, G-Energy Antifreeze SNF shall be diluted with water until a concentration from 33 to 60 vol.%. 50/50 ratio of G-Energy Antifreeze SNF with water is recommended. Also, the use of soft water for dilution is preferable. However, laboratory tests have shown that acceptable rust protection is preserved when using tap water with hardness of 20 dh (0 3.6 mmol/l), and content of chlorides up to 100 ppm and sulfates up to 100 ppm. If the water analysis data exceeds these limits, the water shall pass an appropriate treatment, for example, it shall be mixed with clean distilled or deionized water. Thus, it is possible to reduce the content of chloride or sulfate. COMMODITY VARIETIES of G-Energy Antifreeze SNF G-Energy Antifreeze SNF is produced in two product options: G-Energy Antifreeze SNF coolant concentrate. While filling into the cooling system of the vehicle it shall be diluted with water (preferably demineralized or distilled). At dilution of 50% to 50% the freeze point is 37ºС, at 40% dilution (concentrate) to 60% (water), respectively 25ºС, at 67% dilution (concentrate) to 33% (water), respectively 65ºС.Dilution with water of more than 70% is not recommended, as this causes lack of efficient rust protection due to the low concentration of additives. G-Energy Antifreeze SNF 40 is a ready to use coolant with frost protection temperature of 40 C. STORAGE CONDITIONS The product can be stored at any ambient temperatures. It is desirable to minimize the periods of storage at temperatures above 35 C. Shelf life is at least 3 years in the manufacturer package with maintained quality and performance properties, provided that package is not opened. While diluting the concentrate with water do not use pipes and containers made of galvanized steel. PACKING All commodity options of G-Energy Antifreeze SNF are released in 1 kg, 5 kg,10 kg polyethylene cans and 220 kg steel barrels.
