1. Rehabilitate Runway 18/36 This project will rehabilitate areas of pavement for the runway and parallel taxiway that need to be patched or replaced and restore failing joint sealant The runway and taxiway system are exhibiting distresses due to seasonal environmental conditions (e.g. aging, oxidation, and weathering). Distresses observed were corner spalls, joint spalls, minor longitudinal cracking and areas of poor joint seal. No major structural failures were observed, therefore the pavement section is concluded to be structurally adequate to support the traffic that uses the runway and taxiway. Rehabilitation of the pavement will protect the base structure and extend the life of the pavement. * = $500 25 25 475 475 FAA (D) TOTAL 500 500 10092017

2. Reconstruct Taxilanes Project will reconstruct portions of the taxilanes that serve airport owned Thangars to address areas of failed pavement and poor drainage. Much of the existing pavement is in poor condition, does not drain well, and is allowing storm water runoff to pond inside hangars. * = $594 59 59 535 535 FAA (D) TOTAL 594 594 10092017

3. Construct Taxilane The project will construct a new taxilane in the Private Hangar Area utilizing the taxiway constructed in 2017 for the site. This taxilane is required to support development of new private hangars. * = $200 20 20 150 150 30 30 FAA (D) TOTAL 200 200 10092017

4. Runway 18/36 Edge Light Replacement (LED) This project will replace existing aged runway edge lights with more efficient LED edge lighting. The existing edge lights have reached their life cycle limit and require replacement. Installation of new LED lighting will reduce maintenance cost and increase the life expectancy of the lighting system in the future. * = $368 36 36 150 150 85 85 FAA (D) 97 97 TOTAL 368 368 FAA (D) 10092017

5. Reconstruct Airfield Storm Sewer Phase II This project will repair existing airfield storm sewer lines, removing, reinstalling and replacing lines as needed. The existing storm sewer lines have shifted and or deteriorated to the point where sinkholes are appearing on the surface. This project is required to mitigate the problems before the entire system requires replacement and additional surface damage develops. * = $261 26 26 150 150 85 85 FAA (D) TOTAL 261 261 10092017
