Pump Description Blackmer S-series pump is a rotary positive displacement pump. We have two categories: Twin Screw Pump and Triple Screw Pump. Twin Screw Pump can handle most of the fluids (with or w/o particles, with or w/o gas, lubricated or non-lubricated). Triple Screw Pump can handle lubricated fluid without solid particles.

Twin Screw Pump The key components of Twin Screw Pump: Pump casing, liner, bearing housing, driving & driven screw, timing gear, gear box, bearing and mechanical seal. Standard Bearings- SKF Standard Mechanical Seals- John Crane (Twin) and Eagle Burgmann (Triple) Our double suction has a pair of screws on each shaft

Working Principle With the pump running, the screws on the shafts are meshed and form a sealing chambers with the pump casing (liner). The fluid is moved axially, from suction end to discharge end.
