Action Path #1 Helping companies to adapt to the Industry of the Future Key Action: Offer audits to industrial SMEs and mid-tier firm through regional platforms Our role: - Support in regional plan definition - Provide a shared expert database trained to certify innovative projects Objective: Reach 15,000 companies and support 2,000 of them by end of 2016

Action Path #2 Developing the technological solutions of the future Key Action: Implement R&D programs Our role: Support the development of technological solutions in the production, design and logistics technologies, along with the associated digital tools Objectives: Short term: French additive manufacturing roadmap Mid term (3-5 years): develop new technologies

Action Path #3 Reinforcing standardisation initiatives, especially internationally Key Action: Lead standardisation strategy for the Industry of the Future Our role: Ensure cooperation on European and international norms and standards Objective: By the end of 2016: shared roadmap between France and Germany towards international standardization

Action Path #4 Promoting the French industry Key Action: Showcase projects and create a french banner for export activities Our role: Bringing together industrial players who have deployed innovative projects Objectives: National: 15 showcase projects by end of 2016 International: Joint Industry under the French banner Creative Industry
