All Consumer Branding Gets an Update CO-OP Network and the bug for ATM/Debit cards
Branding Timeline 2013 Introduction and dual branding for consumer transition Implementation and usage guidelines introduced 2014 New branding exclusively on CO-OP assets NON-SCORED Compliance included in secret shop program and self evaluation surveys Basic compliance expected by December 2014 2015 and Beyond Phase out of CO-OP Network on cards through expirations, reissues and new issues Compliance monitoring and assistance continues
Why is the launch guide digital vs. physical? Concerns from several credit unions regarding the fact that this launch may touch many departments within their CU and a single kit would cause confusion Variety of signage options and amounts require a process allowing credit unions to order correct amounts and sizes Sending a one size fits all kit would result in significant waste of shareholder money
